LISA TYour movers were AMAZING! My son and I rented the truck from Chicago, packed it up and drove to ohio...we were dead!! These guys that moved our stuff were freaking fabulous! I could hardly walk and my son was so sick from exhaustion...they took over like pros...omg..we will be forever grateful for how quick, how friendly, how fantastic they are. Please, PLEASE reward them with free massages for a year because WOW, bless them both. Thank you Uhaul twice over...💜💜💜
Isaac HTruck left the lot with no taillights! Also bad transmission leak and leaked fluid all over my driveway. No happy at all!!
Craig MNick was very helpful and considerate, despite some initial scheduling conflicts. The truck itself had a few minor maintenance issues, but I made sure he was informed about them, which he seemed happy about. I'm sure he'll get it taken care of, especially considering the U-Haul store is in the back of an auto shop.

David SI worked with Nick at The Speed Shop location. He was very helpful as he answered my questions and found the right trailer for my event. He was also friendly and polite. I really appreciated his professionalism and would rent from them again if I need a trailer in the future.
Julia LI was running late- twice. I ended up being 3 hours behind schedule and nick was so kind and chill about it. The equipment I ordered wasn’t all there so he made sure I got a more than a fair price on the remaining things. When I returned the equipment the next day, nick wasn’t there so I had to wait a couple minutes. There was another employee I didn’t catch the name of, but he wasn’t with uhaul. He was very accommodating to me and helped me out instead of me waiting for nick to get back.

Robert CMy only negative with this location is that I have left 5 messages with questions or clarifications about my last three rentals and have never received the courtesy of a return phone call. When I mentioned this to him, he said he’s really busy. Me, too! I don’t like someone wasting my time either.

william rHave rental truck start each rental with full tank of gas and require renter to return it with full tank of gas. It's too hard to estimate how much to fill tank to bring it up to 5/8ths of a tank, which is where I started with. Thank you.
