There was no clear signage at this location and we were unsure if it was the correct location other than the fact we saw a Uhaul truck there.

This was not the location at which I made my reservation. It was fine. But the fact that I placed my reservation so long ahead of time and still wasn't able to get the truck size, location, or date of my previously confirmed reservation is unacceptable.

This location was "assigned" to us as a result of our making a reservation. The truck was ready on time. However, the place was filthy. They did not have enough of the furniture pads we had ordered, and those they gave us were dirty, stained and smelled, NOT something you want to pad your furniture with.

Please note that the GPS sends you to the east frontage road and the shop is on the west frontage road. The frontage road is Casa Grande highway. Really small sign and it is very hard to miss.

First of all I had reserved a truck at one location it wasn't available to me. That location sent me to another location the lady at first place told me they had a truck available which when I got there wasn't available. I had to go to three different locations to pick up the truck. And this was with a reservation. Very inconvenient as I paid for moving help

Battery had been stolen, gas had been siphoned. Waited 2 hours for truck. Got it home, loaded it up only to find that the battery was dead. Mechanic came out VERY quickly and said it needed a new alternator. It took him a couple of hours to get his hands on one. Half way to my destination the air-bag light came on and stayed on the duration of the trip. The power steering wasn't working the entire time I had the truck.

It took over an hour to complete the transaction. There was a problem with the computer, which I understand can happen. The gas tank was between 1/4 and 1/2 - it should have been full. The inside of the windshield was extremely dirty - nearly impossible to see when driving into the sunset. Those two items should have been on a checklist so that no vehicle that is not ready is ever rented.

Make sure the clerk knows the process, we were held up 40 minutes while she was "walked" through the steps by a person on the phone. I told her that wasn't good customer service & she giggled & said "It's a learning experience."

Well... We had a few issues with the scheduling of the truck. Initially it was to be a 26ft, scheduled in-person at this location on Orange Grove. However, day before move Uhaul calls and advises that size isn't available, we'll have to take a 20ft. When we arrived to pick up the truck, it was almost empty of gas. Manager took it to Chevron and must've only put $5 in and gave it to us to fill up. Also, manager said we would have "more than enough" mileage for our move based on zip-codes, however, after our move and returning the truck we were charged overage mileage fees. Overall, we would not recommend or use this location in the future. It was sort of a hassle overall.
