Everything was good. From KK to the shipping store everyone was very nice and helpful.

When I went to pick up the trailer I was told that it would be at another location because of the car dolly so I had to go across town to another location. The man there was very rude to my mother. And said that because her name was not on the contract he did not have to deal with her and would not communicate with her at all. I also had rented a utility Dolly which I had to go back across town to the other location to pick up. I had a car too attached to the U-Haul trailer and the man charged me extra money outside of the contract to help me hook the car dolly up. And told me I had to pay him cash for that. When we got to our destination there was an older lady there and when I ask for help to unattach the car dolly she said she did not do anything she just signed off on the paperwork we would have to figure out everything ourselves. The drop-off location was also at a liquor/BBQ store, and she told me I would have to back it into a spot out of the way of the drive-thru. I told her I could not do it with the car dolly still attached and she said that was for me to figure out. I felt that neither of these employees represented U-Haul in a very favorable light. For that reason I would never again recommend U-Haul

Location was closed. I tried five times to return the vehicle using your mobile link. Link would not work. I drove all over town trying to find a location that was open. Finally called your 800 number to confirm that I dropped off the vehicle at the designated location. It was a nightmare experience

Perhaps it was not the ‘Shipping Place’ at fault but the 24/7 system did not work & had an extremely difficult time trying to get key. We were 2 hrs late in picking up 15 ft truck & app said reservation had been cancelled because we didn’t pick it up on time! This was never stated anywhere that you had to pick up at exact time & caused additional delay & enormous frustration because the Shipping Place office was closed on Sunday. No one answered the local number & we were put on hold at 800 number far too long. Finally called an office 45 miles away that was open & they were able to give us the code for key. You should NOT advertise the 24/7 as an option if it doesn’t work. We lost at least an hour trying to find a solution & will never do it again. Extremely poor service on UHaul’s end!

The appliance dolly I rented had a broken bar which is very dangerous when pulling a washer up a flight of stairs. Also rhe paper with estimated gallons of gas needed after you use it is way off.

I left the truck at the nearest location. Then tonight doing out I should have left it across town. 30 minutes away. Will never use uhaul again. And will tell all those who work for me. Don't use uhaul.

The location was fine, but the online check-in needs a lot of work. It took 15 minutes for someone out in the intener to review my headshot and ID, and then they asked for a friend or acquaintance’s phone number. They didn’t call the number, which makes me wonder if they sell the information since they aren’t using it (they already have your cc number and drivers license). The whole process took 35-40 minutes, and the rental time doesn’t start when you drive off; you are paying for the time that you are hassling with the u-haul app. Overall, a good location, but the app check in is seriously lacking.
