Alerting the person of a change in pickup location by phone call. We went to the woodmen store to find out we had to go to a different location. The new location added to the drive an additional 20 miles round trip to get the truck. So we had to pay for 20 miles extra due to the change in location and were not told.

SPECIAL THANKS TO Uhaul for teaming up with the referral company that enabled me to hire Dominic and his crew from Dominic's Relocation Services for my move! When I seen an option to add Hired Helpers for my move I took full advantage!! His company was listed as a covered company with Uhaul's optional protection coverage called 'SafeMove'. Reassured me I had made the right decision when I chose Dominic's company! My moving day was on the 1st Sunday after daylight savings went into affect. Finding movers in a Sunday, ealry in the morning, at a obscure and distant location I thought would be difficult. The owner assured me the day before that I'd be in good hands, his crew would be at the location on time and ready to work. The owner and his employee were at my out of town, middle of nowhere out in the country BEFORE our scheduled time and before me! Began without hesitation. Was mindful of my storage contents the entire time taking extra care when needed. Very willing to hear/follow any suggestions I had as well. My drop site was quite a distance away, in town. Dominic was efficient even at the last stage making it to the drop location BEFORE me AGAIN! Very impressed with his team and their work!! The rustic roost was a great place and the customer service representative was great and helped me. I wasn't happy with the second place I had to get dolly from. Feel like I was ripped off and the customer service representative was rude.

The trailer I picked up at this location was missing one tire strap. The dealer didn't mentioned it to me. Also the trailer was very low and almost touching the ground. I had to get a new strap installed and paid for a new hitch.

I was charged twice which threw my account in the negative. I have a $15 bounce charge and I can't get a hold of anyone. I would like my money back $92 and the bounce check fee of $15.

The guys who helped with the trailer return were so sweet and accommodating. We were a little worried about backing in and they told us we didn't have to. They unhooked the trailer and pulled it easily across the lot like proper heroes. All told, it was a fun and happy experience for us. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing U-Haul!

Return Receipt was promised to be sent by email within minutes, but came two days late only after a phone call reminder. The return date on the receipt is not correct. It shows two days later than actually returned.

We should never have been at this location. We were given a bad truck and had to exchange it after 20 hours of dealing with uhauls subpar customer service / roadside assistance. This is not the fault of either location we picked up from. The rustic roost was lovely and we bought three items from the antique store.

The first location that I had a reservation at didn't have a truck available even though my reservation said it would be guaranteed. I had to drive 10 miles out of my way to the other location. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend Uhaul.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The truck was mechanically sound, but old with damage to the exterior. The driver side window did not close properly and would drop open while driving. The driver seat was the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced with UHaul…made the cross country trip difficult.

My experience was excellent. I checked out the Roost the day before and an employee took time to tour the lot and lock boxes and explain after hours pickup. Suggestion: remind after hour pickups to bring a lock if they want to secure the truck since the store will be closed. Or, prompt the customer to buy your lock and you affix the lock and place the keys on the truck key in the pickup lock box.

This location is understaffed which leads to very long waiting periods and un maintained equipment. Our appliance dolly wouldn't roll and we had to waste 2 hours fixing a jammed ramp. We will continue to use U-Haul but not from this location

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I received the vehicle on empty. I was to I should get the contract emailed to me. Knowing that a contract needs to be printed out to return the vehicle. I was then asked to fill up the gas tank and I would receive a credit back. Which didn't happen. So this place pretty much ripped me off on gas. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!

Location was very hard to locate. Was actually in a dirt alley behind 603 with no U-haul signage anywhere. Just happened to see the top of another trailer as we were about to give up and go elsewhere. Rep was very nice.

No inspection of truck, only gas meter. Representative argued that i had dumped trash, around truck. Trash was a bag of groceries, left by another patron, runned over several times. Very rude and disrespectful

Hard to find. But a very cool shop. Told them my issues and they suggested I call dispatch. I did. I called multiple times and it would just stop after the "this call will be recorded". After my 5th attempt I got through. All dispatch did was document what happened. They didn't give me any sort of discount for faulty equipment and charged me for overage on mileage because I had to drive 45 minutes to get to the drop off location. Dropped off a trailer near the location the day before. But the guys at this location were nice.

Your website say 600 mpg and I was barely get 350 mpg and spend over 900$ on gas I won't be using uhaul to move back to Colorado from Wisconsin. Plus getting screwed over about the level of gas when I got it to I received the truck at half tank and the said they gave it to me at 3/4 and I definitely didnt get it at the because they change the pick up location the day I was suppose to pick it up so I got screwed out of money and had to pay 90$ for the difference. So much for saving money on gas.
