I never went inside the location or talked to anyone , it was online return only and never talked with any personnel but it was quick and simple .

I drove an extra 20 miles on 6/28 when I ordered, picked up, and drove home a uhaul ramp trailer only to be called back to the store as I was given an in town rental instead of a one way rental. This took over two hours and mileage/gas for a 20 mile round trip for the 26’ truck.
Jeffrey MovsesianTruck needed a tune up wouldn’t go past 5-10 mph and was shaking and making a loud noise. Someone left their id and you can tell it wasn’t cleaned out for next use.

Tammy PrickettMade reservation several days in advance. Upon pickup, they had none of the additional items available (furniture pads, appliance dolly). Trailer had to get new tire while I waited as well. Then, an hour after pick up, my credit card was flagged for fraud as a $5,050 charge was attempted. This was a new card and only Place used was this location.
James TettThis location as exceptional. When another location said they didn’t have the proper equipment a call to River City Investments quickly resolved our problem and they had the necessary equipment. Very professional, polite, and efficient in completing our order.

PATRICK HOYEMThe truck I reserved online was not on lot. I did get a bigger van for same price. Truck was unwashed from last renter. Truck was dead on empty when I picked it up. I then had to hunt a gas station since I was in an unknown part of the city.This took an extra 45 min out of my rental time and travel time. The jack in truck was mounted loosely. Lots of banging while driving. I returned truck at 3:45 and waited 20 min for someone to answer door. No one ever came. I left key in after hours box. I tried to rent a utility trailer on line. None close to me were available. However, the many Uhaul lots I passed during the day had the trailers on lots. None showed up online available, Many problems with web site. After 3 attempts to pay, site would lock up. I was surprised when I got a text confirming my reservation, Also, my receipt shows $10 extra charged to my card. Unkown what this was for. I bought the $10 ins coverage. There was an extra $10 charged for reason unknown to me. I did not call or question,

Daniel BraudThe truck was full of purple glitter, not cleaned out. Didnt have any of my dollies I paid to have rented. The mobile check in is terrible, pictures dont want to load. Took forever.
David FosterNeeded help loading the trailer onto truck so had to use the ladies in the office. That was the only negative that there wasn’t anyone to help with that.

Anthony KimI was charged 3 separate times had to call “customer service” twice to get the issue “partially” yes partially resolved, still waiting on the supposed refund back to my 2 banks hopefully I get my money back seeing how I’m suppose to move in my house but I now I gotta wait for the reversal for some reason their system was down. Can’t really fault the location but just Uhaul I’ve been renting with you guys for years but it’s cool. Maybe Penske next time.

Sharon CoprichThe back of the truck had a puddle of water, debris, and roaches. I saw roaches on the truck when I was drying the puddle and sweeping. I thought I killed all of them. I have unpacked my things I am finding roaches in my boxes. There was a quarter gas in the tank. Yes s received a credit for 14.88 but it was an inconvenience to have to go to a gas station with a 20 foot truck as soon as I picked it up. My destination was out of state.

Since there doesn't seem to be a place here, I'm making one to ensure I give credit to the online staff who helped me with the return since I was returning early and the place was closed.
KRIS SULLIVANVehicle was given to me a mess. Was leased to me under another name.. Was not given paperwork.. Had me arrested saying I stole the vehicle. Then took illegal pictures of me getting my things out when I told him not to.. Called me well over 30 times in 1 day.. Violated CFPB laws, threatened me with legal action, harassed me with texts, held my medication from me (my blood thinners), withheld my client files from me that were left in the van when police towed the van, humiliated me saying that i was living in the van when it was my last load of things to move ie. Mattress, client files, medication, all my personal belongings, my clothes. As well as threatened to throw away my belongings in the van when there is a law against that.. Edward ThomasRental pick up cut off time was 12:00 noon, I showed up 15 minutes late due to traffic but Rufus Washington Jr. took time out of his Saturday to stay and get us on the road. The process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this site to rent a UHaul from Mr. Washington!!!!!!!!! Thanks a ton again Rufus!!!!
