Everything was wonderful. Very nice staff, very helpful and knew what they were doing! Only thing is they didn't have the adaptor piece for the hitch to my truck only because they were out of stock. Luckily I ended up having one in my truck so I didn't have to purchase that! I would definitely recommend this place. The entire process of renting and hooking up didn't take long and they took the time to change my ball around and hook it up properly.

Trailer was dirty inside, had broken side slat at front, that prevented tying stuff in, had faulty door latch that was hard to open without breaking your fingernails, and if the door went up too far, it was hard to retrieve, and it had some dead lights on it. It pulled fine, and was otherwise usable.

The trailer I rented was clean but the latch to open it was very hard to open - was very difficult to unlock. Once open the door was difficult to get back down. It was like it wen too far up and hard to get back down. It just seemed like a very old trailer that needs work. I don't think this was negligence on the part of the renter.

I relied heavily on gps for my directions for final destination and the two plug in chargers seemed Not to work at all. Fortunately I had my wall plug charger to use and it was successful. I also had difficulty in adjusting the drivers side mirror All else went very well

Maybe do not let a truck like the 26ft roll out at below 1/4 tank of fuel .considering it gets such terrible gas mileage all big trucks should have at a minimum 1/2 tank

the truck had a very loud, squeaky belt, also was charged for the insurance after first declining it. They did reimburse us, which was appreciated, but really it was clear upon pick up that we did not want it.

This is twice I have had to rent a truck because of a car breakdown. Your internet service is a great asset. It allowed me to select everything I needed before traveling to the lot. The internet software needs to tweaked to make it easier to quickly select and compare different options. The current software works, but is cumbersome when comparing different options such as pickup and drop off locations.

Had to work to get left tail/brake/turn light working. Access panel to light wires on trailer was missing. Connector to above mentioned light was disconnected.

After I send it in our family I rented a U-Haul truck for Saturday I reserved a 26 foot truck because we were going from one city to another I needed to take everything in one trip. When I got to the location with my reservation information they did not even have a 26 foot truck so we had to settle for a 15 foot truck. The manager was able to call and get us an extra amount of miles that did help but still wasn't enough. That evening I noticed that my credit card had been charged twice for $166 each for the rental. I called and left a message with the manager. I filled the tank back up and take the truck to the location and Anderson yesterday and no one was there. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the track without a person so we came back later and no one was there. We left the keys in the dropbox. So this morning I see another charge on my account for $128 For an extra day and a $25 cleaning fee plus tax and mileage that we had to go over because we had to use a small truck not the one that we reserved. The truck was not dirty when it was returned we didn't move anything in it but some large pieces of furniture there was no trash in our household debri for an extra day and a $25 cleaning fee plus tax and mileage that we had to go over because we had to use a small truck not the one that we reserved. I hope this matter is strained out and my money gets returned quickly because if it is not this review will be going on every customer review website I can find from yelp to trip advisor with the screenshots from my account.

I think the mileage rate should be adjusted according to the gas prices. Gas prices are down so I think the mileage rate should be adjusted accordingly. Otherwise, truck, customer service, place of rental excellent.

I was never informed of the mileage charge. Imagine my surprise when I was charged .99 a mile! Good thing we only put on 20 miles! Ended up paying 2 1/2 x what I expected. Guess I need to do more research next time.....

I did not get the 10 foot truck like I was supposed to get. The truck was never there. I also did not get moving blankets as they said they did not have any. They also had to bring me an appliance dolly which was substandard and not a uhaul product. Horrible experience, I ended up paying for things I couldn't get and things I didn't need. How about that $50 back?

I received a phone call noon on 4/29 telling me the pick up location had been changed at 6 am that day. The gentleman told me I could not pick up the truck until noon the next day. Originally I was to pick up at 9 am. This gentleman called the individual bringing the truck in to tell her she could drop it off anytime. When I called him the next morning, the truck was there ready to go. This is the second time I have requested furniture covers and the second time the location did not have them. Why offer if they are not available?

I have used a transport several times and this is the only time I ever used one the kept slamming in to me every time I put on brakes. It was a very scary ride loaded. Told the guy when I returned it and he acted like he did not have a care in the world.

The biggest issue on the TOW DOLLY is the slide in ramps. The ramps on the tow dollies are needing something to make ramps more stable when they are slid in. I looked and I know how to stop all of the noise they make. Uhaul needs to look into this because I was coming a bad neighborhood and when I hit a bumo in the road I saw a guy pull a gun out. THIS IS A BIG ISSUE ON THE NOISE THEY MAKE PLUS YOU DONT KNOW IF YOU HAVE LOST THE CAR WHEN YOU HIT A BUMP IN THE ROAD IT SOUNDS AWFUL.
