1) Check-in process is not easy. 1st app didn’t allow me to check-in. Upon calling customer service, app started working. The password to open the fence is not same as it shows in app. So i had hard time to open fence 2) They don’t offer dolly at this location, but if you requested one- they will charge for sure. 3) even though fuel tank I filled at the same level, they will charge you for extra fuel as well. 4) During reservation it says “$0.79/km” but my final bill shows $1.27/km Not recommending U-Haul at this location. Find alternative you want to stay away from all these troubles.

Vanessa KFirst, I received the pickup address change 2 hours before the actual pick up! The new address was much further and not convenient at all, but okay, I let it slip. When I came there, no address sign or anything was there. I called the support and for 20 min I was trying to figure out how to get to the Van, as I found one behind some fence. For 20 min support were rejecting to give me the code from the locker as my details don’t match… then I asked the to check which reservation they are reviewing and of course it was wrong one :) Finally I got to the Van, which was quite dirty inside with bad smell. And realized that they didn’t provided 2x dolly and 1 doz of furniture pads at all….. Though I was charged for them. Please contact me to dispute the amount, I overpaid and no one cares.
Ekaterina VApplication was crashing continuously and very long process. It was in minus degrees and i waited to get the code for 55 minutes. This is ridiculous. The whole should be quick but it takes for ever

FRANCAASAMOAH OI didn’t get gate code in app. I call many times but nobody answers. I got truck 30 minutes later but app shows me that i already picked up truck even gate was closed that time.
