Had to wait almost an hour to get someone to help. She was not mean but waiting that long was not ok. It put checking in right at the mark. Any longer and we would have had to pay another day. She did not talk much and I had to ask for the receipt. She was not snapping but not talking either. She talked with her work person. Asked a couple of questions and did not listen after that. Would not answer my question. So I paid and we left. Will not be back not even sure we will ever use U-Haul again. This was our 3time using them and I think our last. When we move in 5 years I think I will use a different company.

The original pickup location on Baseline Rd in Little Rock, AR. Was horrible, terrible customer service and very rude. Did not hold my reserved car and did not call to let me know it wasn’t there.

The personnel at The Pawn Gallery were very kind, and helpful. I needed to extend the amount of rental time by 2 hours & they were very accommodating. I will recommend them to others.

Don't tell customer that they will likely get a refund for turning equipment in early if it isn't correct. Wasn't real happy about that.

There was only one problem at the beginning. They did not open until after contracted pick-up time and there was trouble finding the reservation. Other than than that it was a great experience.

For some reason, my return did not get into the u-haul system and I was contacted about a "no show" on my rental. After two phone calls it was eventually cleared up. Don't know what went wrong or where, but this was a strike against u-haul in my opinion.
