Alexandra ReedMy issue is with the UHaul corporation and not the individual location. I reserved a trailer with a ramp and an appliance dolly and when I got to the location I was told that location hadn't had an appliance dolly in over 2 weeks. The agent at the location worked with me and tried to find an appliance dolly close to where we were, but had no luck. He removed the charge of the appliance dolly and generously provided a no-cost utility dolly in its place. While this was a nice gesture on his part, it made moving two refrigerators much more difficult than it would have been had I been able to get the appliance dolly that I actually reserved and your system said was at my pick-up location. Please do a better job of keeping track of what equipment is available at what location (this is not the first time I have shown up to a UHaul location and been told that what I had reserved was not available).

Brad ZeiglerThe truck had food/beverage residue on the middle fold for chair and the little flip down cup holder thing was broken. It would just say All the way open. Rest of the can was clean. There was a big fake check in the back that blended in with the wall that must've been left in there from the previous renter.
Jennifer TiceI was given a call the day before our move saying that the pickup location had been changed. This resulted in me having to drive an extra 30 minutes to get the truck and put us behind schedule for our move. Very frustrating.

Jason JeanI had one bad part to this move and it was NOT with Holly Ridge Auto Mart---actually it was a happy accident that I was moved to this place. Holly Ridge Auto Mart was awesome. The place that I originally booked --the system let me book then later told me vehicle was not available and moved me all around until I ended where I did---the old place would not even talk to me then switched me to customer service I waited on phone for 32 minutes and then when the rep came on she then proceeded to cut me off. So the reserving process was not good but the location that I finally picked up vehicle at was great. Thank you Holly Ridge Auto Mart--the Best
Justin GeiselThe agent at this location was the most informed and able representative I have come across when renting from uhaul or any of the other rental agencies. He got me in and out in no time and everything was there when I arrived to pick up my rental. Usually the clerk handling the paperwork has no idea what they are doing and it takes an hour or more just to get the paperwork done with several phone calls for help in the process. Then when I come to pick up the equipment it is either not there or it is not what I wanted to rent. I did not get his name, but he is on the ball. I have already recommended him to friends.

Richard SmithTruck itself was clean. However, when putting this particular vehicle in drive or reverse it would shift hard. Driving and handling was rough and felt like you were driving a buckboard. The driver door was squeaky and stiff. The roll up door in back has difficult to roll down and latch and the ramp required two people to put it up into the latched position and to take back down. Rolling it back in was also a problem, the ramp would not easily roll all the way back into the latched position.

Scott Sullivanit was not the location it was uhaul itself i had problems with and it was the worst most stressful experience while having to move that i believe i could have had! UACCEPTABLE and uhaul could care less! sent me 3 different places for a trailer to haul my truck. 1st place was 3 hours away 1 way and when I got there they didn't have the equipment!!! Then they claim they found the equipment in Porters Neck so drove 1.5 hours back the way i came but they would not let me take trailer because my truck had no lights to hook to trailer because I had no idea id be driving all over Gods green earth to find a trailer with my truck. was hooking it to a 10 foot uhaul. So had to drive all the way back 1.5 hours away to pick it up the next day after packing up the moving truck. so they hook the trailer to the uhaul and I'm in there doing the paperwork and the guy says i cant rent u this trailer it will not accommodate your truck. at this point I'm beside myself!!! You didn't know this the day before when I was there??????? so now 8 hours now of driving around for a trailer in 2 days and your telling me I have no trailer and im moving the next day???? Mind you I scheduled this truck and trailer way in advance and even called uhaul Tuesday to make sure I was set up! So they say they find another trailer in LUBERTON, NC!!!! yet another 1.5 hours from where I am already and they want me to go pick it up!!! r u fucking kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?! no compensation for gas for driving a full uhaul all over NC! No offer to take one of their trucks to go get the trailer NOTHING! They actually were going to make me pay for 1 of their trucks to go get it! UNBELEIVEABLE!!! Just free miles which i didn't need and 20 bucks off the truck and that was from the very first women I spoke to before I even went to pick the truck for having to drive to Leland, NC the 1st time for no trailer! That didn't even cove gas to get there! So needless to say I will NEVER use uhaul again and I will announce what horrible service i received from you on every social medial outlet I can!!!!!

JORDAN MASTERSGive warning that it is difficult to turn around since there is no left turn lane into the business and you have to go past the business to find a safe place to turn around. But the staff was super amazing and friendly and called to make sure and walked through the whole process! Super easy to deal with!

robyn kerrYour uhaul records indicate an old address and gave the address as 954 US HWY 17 S, HOLLY RIDGE NC. When we stopped there, the person stated they no longer do uhaul and referred us another 4 miles up the road. We spend well over an hour trying to find the drop off and when we called uhaul it was a 23 minute wait to reach a live person. There was no help!
