This has nothing to do with this location or the vehicles.. CORPORATE IS DISGRACEFUL...I BOOKED 3 TRUCKS IN HONESDALE 8 MILES FROM MY LOCATION...AND 48 HOURS PRIOR I AM INFORMED I NEED TO PICKUP 2 OF THE VEHICLES IN 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND 30 MILES EACH WAY FROM ME. THE 3RD VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN ASSIGNED YET.....I WAS TOLD I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDED MILEAGE.. BECAUSE OF THE TIMELINESS OF MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO GET TO BOTH PLACES IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS...I COULD NOT COMPLY WITH 24 HOUR USAGE...SO HAD TO EXTEND ANOTHER DAY FOR BOTH VEHICLES. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION AND DISAPPOINTMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, I WAS TOLD THAT'S THE WAY IT GOES... I ASKED AGAIN ABOUT THE 3RD RESERVATION...AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT...PUT ME ON A 5 MINUTE HOLD AND SAID HE COULD GET ME A 10 FOOT TRUCK INSTEAD OF THE 15 I RESERVED AND THAT IT WAS IN SCRANTON 50 MILES AWAY...I DECLINED AND CANCELLED THE RESERVATION..... YOU GUYS ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY...NOR ACCOMMODATING. OR UNDERSTANDING TO THE COSTS. I'LL BE SURE TO TELL PEOPLE I KNOW HOW POOR YOUR SERVICE IS.Kille S.

Perfect drop off location. Lots of space in the parking lot. Well posted signage made trailer drop off and self return using the uHaul app a breeze. Will only use this drop off location in the area moving forward.Jonathan F.

The truck had a hole in the top of the fuel tank and would leak gas when you filled it up. Also the steering felt like it would fall apart at any moment. I can't believe they they would give me such a dangerous vehicle.JOHN ALEXANDER C.

Trailer was put on hitch and chains incorrectly, not secured. I had to correct it myself and then the team at Scranton UHaul had to re-attach. Also discovered two right tires were flat, there was a light out, and the seal in the door had a split, which allowed water to come in, potentially destroying an expensive TV. Of additional interest may be the fellow dressed like the farmer from Waterboy, complete with straw hat and belly sticking out of tied up t-shirt, who inquired as to what I was hauling in the trailer, prompting some concern about security..until he tripped over his wheelbarrow and spilled dirt all over the parking lot directly in front of my car. Friendly efficient counter service :) PS: cell service is very spotty or non existent fir ATT users so the on site check in and return should not be a requirement as it's not possible to use my phone. That should be considered in advance when text is sent as the inability to check in on site is a bit stressful.John K.

What I'm writing here has nothing to do with the location but rather the equipment. It was very clean however it wasn't in the best condition (location not at fault). Besides for some small cosmetics, which isn't a problem, the trailer door had a broken latch. It held closed but was a bit wobbly. It should be fixed asap because one day the second rusty latch will give just like this one. I have a picture of the broken latch but couldn't upload it. Didn't have any phone service at the location. However, the person at the location was extremely helpful with everything. Pass him on a thank you from me.OBADIAH W.

My husband and I had a reservation for 12 o'clock in the day for very specific reasons he took off half the day of work we did not get the truck until almost 2 o'clock that afternoon missed out on what we were supposed to do Ended up having to go double the mileage and keep the truck for an extra day and if we got it on time I wouldn't of had to do that I was also never called and notified that my truck was not available so I waited in the parking lot with my three-year-old son for over an hour and then had to take my three-year-old son out with me the next day in the U-Haul to finish what my husband and I were supposed to do originally the day before with the U-Haul at 12 PM -Patricia M.

While this location was adequate and easy where I really loved the attention I. Got was at the lake Huntington service station from owner Brett He stopped totally from what he was doing to confirm my reservation and make sure I got the truck i needed on very short notice nearby He was quite busy when I hit there but made me a priority. When I returned it in Brooklyn the new Utrecht station. Was so much better than fourth avenue. Much more personable and efficient thanks to Sean. Much easier too.MARILYN C.
