I'm frustrated because i chose Uhaul so i could prebook my equipment. When i get there the equipment i requested was “not available” so the owner removed the dollies and blankets from my bill and made me rent and/or buy her equipment at a higher price. $7 for a dolly turned into $10 and $10 for a dozen moving blankets became $5 per blanket. I can't help but feel that this is an intentional scam and i'd like Uhaul to contact me about it.

It appears that staff do not communicate with each other when extending truck rentals. We were constantly harassed by staff when it was confirmed by another staff that the extension was granted. Upon return of the vehicle, I was surprised that the staff on duty was not wearing a mask, not keeping social distance while she was juggling customers, passing over office phone to a customer to speak to her manager without sanitizing the phone, and being ridiculed by this staff in a public setting with numerous customers watching and listening. While this was occurring, I did not respond to her as I didn't want the situation to escalate and cause undue stress for either of us. When I asked for a receipt, she replied it was done without providing any proof of receipt to me. Because of this, I waited patiently for an hour as she assisted other customers. When I asked her for the receipt again she tossed the receipt to me while communicating her disapproval. Even receiving this kind of treatment, I still said thank you before I left. I hope that your staff will be re-educated on; providing professional customer service, understand the seriousness and impact of COVID, communication between colleagues, and the ability to control personal stress, emotions and handle conflict management during peak hours.

I drove around 90 Km. They said that the gas tank is full. When I drop the car back I had to refill the gas tank and I had to put 30 L gas. It's a little bit more for what I drove. Everything else was fine.

The Uhaul app doesn't work AT ALL. Not for check in before the store opens, and not after for returning. Luckily The Moving Store (not a Uhaul company) was willing to open early when they saw me having difficulty. I gather from them that the Uhaul app never works in fact. DO NOT USE THE APP!

Overall I found it a positive experience. The only issue I had was a response towards me in regards to my disability during my first visit. It was not appropriate. I did bring it up to the staff when I went to pick up the truck. They apologized on their behalf and made sure it was dealt with.

This is my go to truck rental and mainly because of Susan! She has everything under control and is very organized. Susan is always very friendly to talk to over the phone and explains everything you need to know about your rental. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I will be back!

Susan was really great and helpful at the Moving Store, first time using uhaul and it went pretty straight forward. Just a heads up to all the FIRST TIME MOBILE PICK UP AND DROP OFF customers, expect to spend about 15 mins while uhaul verify your driver photo when pick up and another 10 mins to verify when dropping off the vehicle.

We made it clear we needed a 10 or above and the lady said it was showing a van but not to worry because it was just a glitch. We came in this Saturday the 29 of August to find out is was a van. Totally ruined our move and we are already stressed about COVID. This brings me to the next issue. Not only was the van incorrect but it was Dirty not sanitized and frankly smelled like animals were inside. This was thee worst rental by far we ever had. To end when we arrived we had been told the plates were stole but driving around with the documentation was normal? We are getting our refund back as this cost us more money in the end due this issue ! Contacting head office

limited hours resulted in trying to use U Haul app for PU prior to location opening. it was a disaster. I will drive extra miles to get a truck from a location that has earlier and longer hours rather than go through the 45 minutes of hell trying to get the keys again with your online PU process.

Your location is an agent and didn't open until 10 am and I could not use your mobile app to pick it up earlier. This is contradictory to what I talked to your customer care about and what confirmation I have that confirms 8am not 10am. As a result I had issues with the condo elevator I had booked and missed the window. In addition when I called customer aervice at 8am I was in the IVR for over 15 minutes and then 9nxe i got someone (who was eating on the phone) she said she can't help and transfered me to the mobile app support department that said it was closed and hung up on me. This is the worst customer experience I have had in a long while. And I am a repeat loyal customer.

Great assistance in getting us on our way after another Uhaul location cancelled our reservation and didn't advise us. Fortunately the Moving Store was able to help and took great care to sanitized everything from the pen used to sign the contract to the vehicle itself.

This is NOT UHAUL as the person at this site kept reminding me. When I booked the reservation by phone with with UHAUL I was told that I could use my VISA DEBIT card to reserve and pay for the van. I asked this question several times and the answer was yes. When I went to pickup the truck that was not the case. He said this us not UHAUL youneed an actual credit card. I am a very organized person and I was livid to find this out. Through the grace of GOD the person that happened to come with by pure chance had their credit card and money available for the reservation.what if I was alone. The entire co ordination of this movie, my timet, the movers I hired.all wouldhave gone to shit. This is NOT acceptable in anyway shape or form. The guy at the store said that the phone person would not have known this.i said well you see the problem with this and NOT communicating the correct information and a very important piece of the move. Very dissappointed.

Cons The gas gauge was not as it showed on the pick up form but I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back in to dispute it. Also, I had a hard time finding the location, no signage on the road that I could see. Pros New van and the employee I dealt with was professional and very efficient.

The Truck was filthy including the windows. The steering wheel was sticky, the floors had a lot of muddy debris on them. The cab smelled of old cigarettes and there was no windshield washer fluid and the check oil light was on. I have rented from this location before and my experience was different. I had a long journey and had to stop to clean the windows, put in windshield washer wipe down the steering wheel etc. Very disappointed.
