The old man who decided to jump in and help the lady behind the counter was beyond rude, he was extremely combative, insulting, and actually put his fists up and wanted to fight me. He started with foul/obscene language when we got outside and I had had enough, I pulled out my phone and said I was calling the police. I ended up not actually calling, but I wish I would have as the confrontation bothered me well into the next day! Inside, early in the transaction it was clear that it was a bother to him that I was there, I even asked if he simply wanted me to go somewhere else. (There's plenty of other uhaul locations nearby) I will NEVER return to this location! The man refused to tell me his name. I was waiting to see if the folks at the drop off location acted this way and they did not.Stephen G.

I had to go to this location because the location where I made my reservation notified me they didn't have the trailer I reserved. I had a 7:30 reservation and this location didn't open until 9:00 and when I told the owner I was upset because I was an hour and a half behind schedule he didn't say I'm sorry he just said â€œ that's not my problem â€œ I will never go to this location again very rude!Eric M.

I had a reservation for 4pm. Somehow it was rented out. Other reservation supposed to be back by 5pm. Individual showed up at 5:15. By the time I drove away w my rental..5:30pm. Shady owners. Changed my reservation to â€œ5 pm â€œ after the fact so I couldn't claim the $50 reservation guarantee. Granted they gave me 15 free miles ( $14.85) but why change the reservation time? You screwed up. Own up to it. And yes..I expect a credit.Nick D.
The cab smelled like weed, I found pieces of a joint and my young son found an empty fireball bottle under the seat after we had driven it. The van was disgusting, they didn't honor my reservation (they called and moved it back) and the van was disgusting. I will NEVER go there again.Denton P.

Location and equipment were great. App was frustrating and would make me hesitate to use UHaul again. I could not return the equipment using the app, and because it was after hours I had to call customer service. They were very helpful but using the app was a very unsatisfactory experience.Jeremy H.
I wanted a small truck, when we want to complete the procedures so that cash is accepted, I had to take the big truck and I don't need a big one, and I accept that you pay for money instead. The fuel is in the user, but the employee told me if I wanted to pay, it would be a high amount!! Why $85 dollars instead of fuel, and I will only consume $20, not more than that. Why was $75 deducted from the $100 I deposited with the employee? It was a bad experience.nawras M.

The man at the front desk was extremely RUDE!!! He hung up on me 3 times and made it seem like I was a bother to him!! I did NOT APPRECIATE HIS DEMEANOR IN PERSON NOR ON THE TELEPHONE! I would NEVER USE THIS PLACE NOR RECOMMEND IT FOR BUSINESS!!! I am so upset and very angry with the way this particular location handled their business!!! They were supposed to refund me $17 for 2 packs of pads and a dolly we never used and HE BROUGHT OUT even though there was one already locked in the truck. He refuses to give me the refund and kept saying â€œ I don't careâ€ and when I kept advising he brought the dolly out he would hang up on me!!!!!Laura H.

The employees at this facility were friendly and helpful; however, they did not inspect the vehicle prior to me departing and we attempting to inspect it as I was preparing to drive the Uhaul away. I thought this was unprofessional and unsafe.Rory K.

The Mail Vault was closed, the web site was not easy to navigate thru once and finally in it worked well with my I phone 8 , my wife's I phone 11 would not download for the photos that were nessarsary to complete the process, also I dropped the truck off on Saturday there was no phone # to reach anyone for assistance also there was no way to lock the box of the truck which has the 3 dozen furniture pads and dolly inside, I understand it being a holiday weekend but not to have an emergency assistance # or a way to lock the box is a poor way to run a highly respected business.James M.

Thanks to the nice lady that checked me in. She had to attempt the input of data regarding my return like three times before she could get the web to accept it. She did not complain but I wonder why an employee has to use their personal cellphone to input job-related data. P.S: I returned the truck with a full tank.Louis K.
The online check in was too challenging and I gave up and went inside to do the check in. I am so glad I did! The woman inside made my experience a ton better than it would have been with an online check in. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She made my experience an 8/10 and I wish I would have skipped the online check in altogether. Probably would have been a 10/10 at that point!! Great people make a company great.MELANIE R.

First of all they say not to use a prepaid card which I did not and it still charged me $209 which is money I needed for the move I waited an hour and a half after I had signed for my rental my movers were coming from Columbus to help me move and waisted my time as well as there's to get the problem resolved which it did not I will never go here againTanika B.

The man that I spoke to on the phone at this location was immediately SO rude for no apparent reason! Our original pick up location was different, but because someone was late returning their truck, we had to drive 40 minutes to Mail Vault for it. He tried arguing with me about this and I'm not even sure why? We, the customers, were the ones who had to drive 40 minutes ONE WAY for our truck on our MOVING DAY! He called me when we were on our way JUST to argue about our reservation. He also did the same to the very nice lady at the U-Haul our truck was originally suppose to be at, and hung up on her. I will never return to this location for anything. We were supposed to have a discount applied at our drop off, and it wasn't.Miles P.

I rented a car dolly. Used it, and returned it after hours, just a few hours after I rented it. I got a call today from the guy at the rental place claiming that I never returned the trailer. He kept saying he couldn't find anything on his cameras about me returning it. I obviously returned the trailer, so I hung up on him and have not heard back. They will not get my business againDREW K.
Renting from Uhaul was so quick and easy! The van was perfect size for what I needed and I got the job done quickly. I rented the van to pick up flooring and plywood. Great price, cheaper than having it delivered and didn't have to wait longer to have it delivered. I also added the insurance plan which was still cheaper than store delivery! Would do it again and would recommend to someone who doesn't have access to a truck.Leah O.
