truman A.The gentleman at the store was very busy with a variety of others as this location was not just a UHaul dealer. He also charge me for 5 gallons of gas that was more than the level I got the truck. I was not going to say anything about it (a $25.00 charge) but you asked.
Thomas B.I'm sorry to report your web software is a disaster. The app crashed four times and ended up creating an order for materials I absolutely did not want or need and now must deal with returning it. The agent who rented me the truck did an outstanding job, and the software crashed for him as well while we were just trying to turn the truck in. You simply must do better!
Mark F.Why am i being charged additional $64.55? The vehicle barely had any gas in it. I put 3 gal of gas myself. I drove less than 10 miles in total. And you are charging me this much for that? This is absolutely outrageous. You guys never told me exactly how much gas I had to put in. I need a refund for this. And why doesn't your phone number work? I keep trying to call but its keeps sounding busy. Horrible experience at this location. I drove 9 miles per your receipt and you charged me for almost 10 gallons of gas.

Edward G.I specifically ordered the truck I did for the ramp to load up my heavy furniture, but the ramp was completely missing in my truck. When I brought it up to the store associate they said, "yeah, we noticed that when it came in" and offered for my to go to another location and see if they have a truck with a ramp instead of the one I ordered.

jeffery A.Numerous homeless people hanging around building and when I went to return my equipment I stepped in poop that on the sidewalk near the front door of the store. Wanted to arrive when store opened had to wait about 10-15 mins after open for someone to arrive.

Janice P.I was told to bring the truck back at 5:45 (24 hr after I rented it) she failed to mention they would be closed and no one would be there. We were panicked and didn't know what to do had to call another uhaul to figure out what to do, all she had to do was let us know the time they closed and what to do if they were closed. It's took us 25 mins to figure everything out and we were scared we were going to go over our time. Very badly handled. And it worries me to leave a truck with dollys in the back that anyone could open and take. Just a bad ending experience overall I wouldn't go back to this location.'
Jessica C.The location was not opened on time so there was a few people already waiting when the location was opened a few minutes late. Due to the number of other businesses and processes handled by the location it took longer than expected for service. When I did finally get service, I was just handed the paperwork and told to go find my truck. I had to remember the process and luckily opened the email before I pulled out, as I needed to take pictures. The latch on the back of the truck I was rented would not easily closed so my son and I spent 5-10 minutes before managing to force it down; this was again an issue after loading and unloading the truck. Finally, when I went to return the truck, the location was again quite busy and the same person from earlier in the day just took the keys and told me that my receipt would be emailed to me. I will note that this was not my preferred pickup location and will make a point to not choose this one again in the future.

A guy didn't pick up a reserved trailer on lot after the guy behind the counter called to confirm that he will be coming. The hit said yes then didn't show up. The guy at the store called every one till he found me and let me know. He really did save the day.

Laura C.I was greeted promptlywhen I entered the store, processed my rental agreement, got the trailer hook-up and was on my way quickly. The return process was equally easy. I rated the store as "average" only because it was smaller with less inventory than other stores I have used previously. However, the manager was absolutely excellent!
VINCENT N.Honestly this is the best experience I've ever had in either a fed x store or a Uhaul rental. The shop was immaculate, organize and clean. The owner's were attentive, responsive to our questions and without rushing us got us out to our trip and checked back in. Quickly, efficiently and with impeccable manners. I'd recommend this shop and this operator (I didn't catch his name) to anyone above any other location I've experienced in the lower 48 so far. Keep up the great work! Jeff And Joshua jensen
JOSHUA J.Put 15.5 gallons of gas into your truck and the gauge hardly moved and I didn't go very far. Told whoever was working about it and showed my receipts as proof from said gas bought just minutes before dropping off the truck. Was told I wouldn't be charged for gas because there was obviously something wrong with the readings. My receipt was emailed to me and when I received it I was charged over 20 dollars for gas after I just put in over 50 dollars worth seconds before.

Larry B.I rented the equipment for same day return. was told by the attendant that as long as I returned said equipment by closing time, I would only be charged for 1 day. When checking my account the next day, I discovered I was charged for two days.I immediately called the owner and he explained that the contract stated my return time was 4:45 pm and I did not return the equipment until 5;30pm, which was 30 minutes before they closed. I complained vehemently, and he said he would refund the extra charge, which, as of this moment, he has not! I therefore have no other choice but have my bank reverse the charges! Thus, I cannot recommend this facility, which I would have otherwise!
STEVEN S.The person that took my rental did absolutely nothing to help me hook up the transport, came out of his office pointed to one side of the lot said here's your truck, then pointed to the other side so there's your transport I asked him if he's going to hook it up he says no but I'll take a picture after you do.
JOSEPH D.The end result was good but on the U-Haul side, our trailer was not in our name but some other ladies name and when we tried to return our equipment it was showing up on their end that we owed $45000... because UHaul couldn't get it right on their end.

TARYON P.The white lady at this location was HORRIBLE! She was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Flying into the city and then driving back I had to go through the hassle of doing everything on my own. She didn't refused to load my vehicle on the trailer. I had to go to another location for them to do this. This white lady had poor customer service and caused me to be 2 hours behind schedule. U-Haul needs to remove this place from your list of dealers. HORRIBLE job and do not go to this location.

GARY K.This is a bad location. Too small to handle trucks on a busy road. Staff take way too long to process a return and treat you like a number, not a person. I will not be going back there again. I have used other Uhaul locations that are better.

Shunyetta B.They ripped me off. I put enough fuel in before returning the equipment per the photo uploaded in the app and they still charged me $58 to bring it up to 3/4 of a tank. It was at 3/8 of a tank when picked up. This is not the way to treat a repeat customer.
