If you are going to change pick-up locations on someone 4 times then Uhaul should NOT charge mileage. That is totally unacceptable and it will be a long while before I use Uhaul again.Lynneta W.

The location was not bad nor the people I picked up the trailer from. The bad part was ordering MY uhaul, all points of contact were unhelpful. I was advised by one location to "go out of state if I wanted to pick up a trailer" I was charged 4 times more for the trailer than I was the first two times I rented trailers from Uhaul, and not given credit back for the extra days I requested just in case there was troubles traveling a cross country. I will most likely never use Uhaul again. It was quite the rip off. Hiking up your prices based off of everything opening back up from covid. Shame on you.CIARA C.

The check in process took 30 minutes. They also didn't have the requested materials I asked for. I paid for 24 moving blankets, but only got 11.Lindsay W.
The manager was not knowledgeable about the equipment. It wasn't cleaned and storage area was very smelly because of spilled oil. I had to clean it before using it. Also the manager didn't know how to connect the transport to the truck nor secure my Jeep on the transport. I had to figure it out.Douglas A.

This location did not have clear signage that it was a UHaul location. It was inside a gas station and the gentleman who serviced me had an office that was filthy. He did not provide me with a printed receipt/contract for my order and did not have the furniture pads I requested when I originally made the reservation online. Furthermore, the size truck I requested was not at my desired pickup location, so I had to drive an hour away just to get the truck I asked for 3 weeks in advance!!! I did not like my uhaul experience at all and I would never recommend this company to anyone else. Poor service all across the board.ERICA L.
I called the phone number for the uhaul on west 150 north galesburg Il and was booked in another location on the otherside of town ( out of Town) in Knoxville Il on 150 east i went to 2 other locations befoer i found the 3rd one in road side gas station . I wasted 2 hours of my day trying to pick up my rental truck when the locations had the same truck i had rented but the operator had but in a different location then the one i had called. this is the last time i will go to Uhaul locationScott D.

Notify customer in advance when you are changing the location for the trailer pick-up. Thank God, I called them in advance the morning of the pick-up, luckily it ended being 15 miles closer...but I would have driven to the original location had I not called in advance!Greg G.
Have the person running the location better trained for unexpected problems that may occur. Also this location was run by two people not enough for this location because it was a gas station and restaurant.Ed H.

The guy running the zJunction was so out of touch with what was going on. the System crashed we had to wait until close to 430 pm before we could even get the trailer because he had locked the keys in the truck that was pulling the trailer. My husband ended up getting the trailer UNHOOKED HIMSELF because the guy wasnt doing anything but contacting uhaul breakdown. Then on top of it all you send us a bill for 20 additional dollars stating we had it for an extra day which is NOT TRUE. Worst experience ever.edward A.
Kenny was new with U-Haul and only had the AT-transport at his location. The truck had not arrived but he was able to work with the regional U-Haul manger to locate the truck for me.
When I returned the Uhaul the staff didn't even know how to disconnect the trailer. I had to ask for a receipt or I wouldn't of received one. I would much rather use a different location next time or use a different carrier.Mike E.
Have a specific person doing the Uhaul transaction. We waiting over one hour in between the people so the cashier could take care of customers at this gas station / truck stop, plus it was a dirty establishment.LYNDA A.
