Fabiola AI ordered two dozen moving blankets and paid $20 additional and only got six, and it was so filthy dirty inside, and i ordered the appliance dolly and never got it. I also ordered for a pickup over the counter but the location was closed and it took a while to get the code. Also, the gas was almost empty when I got it… terrible experience.
Adam SI was sent to 3 different places before getting a van. Then once thee it was a multi process experience even after entering my info and talking with 4 different uhaul reps. I doubt I’ll rent from uhaul again
