The engine light was on when I picked up truck. They didn't have tires balanced, so there was a constant vibration at the speed limit. I got nothing in return for having a gas overage when I returned the truck, but they made sure to charge me for the 20 extra miles I put on. There was black strings tied to the rails in cargo area. I removed all but one. The cab drink area was not clean.Corassa H.

Back of the truck was dirty and when I returned it, they wanted to charge me for back being dirty even though I swept it out before I returned it..won't rent from this location again. They didn't charge me thanks to the gentleman who worked there not the lady..smhCraig S.

We chose the 24/7 Truck Share option to avoid contact due to Covid. Had to go inside and the representative was pretty rude. She did remind us about refilling the gas, but overall her attitude was such a turn off and we probably won't return to this location for our moving needs.Melinda M.

It's absolutely ridiculous I was charge for 2 gallons of gas, when I picked up the car it was 5/8 full which also what I was told and what I returned it as. I filled it up at the Speedway and have the receipt and only drove it 32 miles as per the receipt.Flemming R.

Told on 2 seperate days when i would pick up and drop off.. was given a price and was called early saying i was late returning that the had the truck rented out in my time. Three owners, wife son and father came pointing fingures in my face saying what was on the paper is what i got..obviously falsifying documents bit them in the ass . We reserved a 10' truck 3 or 4 weeks ago. 2days before our move date we received a call stating that the truck was not available at this location. We could either drive an extra 30 miles or take a 26' truck. This size was to large and required much more fuel and a $28 insurance charge. This cost us about an extra $60 to $75 dollars. During inspection at pick up, blinkers and break lights worked but the tail lights weren't checked. Didn't notice they weren't working until dark time on I-75 had to use hazards for two hours in the dark so no body would crash into a dark trailer going 75 mph.Edward H.

Trailer had an excessive amount of drag, ive rented quite a few 4x8 uhaul trailers and this one pulled way harder and I feel like I burned way more fuel on this trip than normal because of thisRYAN MERRILL R.

Staff at the location was not very friendly or helpful. The truck we rented was junk, the motor of the vehicle sounded like it was going to fall apart if you drove it over 45mph. I am a professional driver with over 20 years experience. We usually get our uhauls from the other location in town and will in the futureSteven M.

Online quote says due at pick up, and the amount doesn't include mileage. I got to the store and they said you in fact do pay all your mileage up front. Customer care confirmed this. After my move I used 5 miles out if my 10 and put 1.5 gallons back into the truck. Now I am being charged $2.46 for gas when I should be getting a refund for 5 miles I didn't use. There should be paper work to show that the trailer was returned in good shape and the time of return. I don't understand all the information needed to rent the trailer and nothing to prove the good return.ROGER SHANNON B.
I returned the vehicle full. I was charged 7+ dollars for gas. They said it wasn't full. I was also unable to check out online. Customer service was a great help. Very respectable and helpful. The location was a bit different. I would say take a picture of everything including the gas gauge. Otherwise be prepared to be charged unnecessarily. Turned out one of the employees took the van for a spin before checking in the van that I rented.Linda B.

The rental rate was said to be 29.95. But, I was charged for mileage on top of that, and I had to pay for fuel. The mileage cost was not explained to me.AMEE RANAE F.

I wouldn't recommend haul to anyone!! First was given the quote I was given. Had to pick it up at different location was called by someone at uhaul to tell me where to pick it up was told I'd get extra miles. I didn't Returned the truck girl there was lazy wouldn't get out of her chair. Told me to move the truck. Called me to tell me I was over miles and truck was filthy. Truck was returned exactly the way i received it except I did sweep out the back. Was told I would be refunded $15.75 if I returned truck with 1/4 tank of gas since it only had 1/8 of tank when I picked it up. Called and talked to someone at the 800 number he told me I was wrong about everything and that they were going to charge me $36 for cleaning. Got no where talked to supervisor who told me quote I got means nothing!! They didn't give me any extra miles told me they don't do that!!! Horrible Horrible Experience!!Suzanne B.
