I reserved a truck at uhaul's website- mistake number one. Evidently, the rental locations don't know anything about computers, using computers, or their own company website and software. The guy at the store was completely clueless. I was told on the site that I could save $87.00 by bringing the truck back to Wyoming instead of dropping it in Colorado. That didn't make sense to me, but it was confirmed by the nice lady from UHaul who called to confirm my reservation. When I brought the truck back, I was basically told that they knew nothing about what I was told and I would have to pay for the mileage that was added by bringing it back. I was out half a day and had to pay $80.00 on top of the $87.00 I was supposed to save. I'm usually smart enough not to get screwed twice, but somehow U-Haul was able to do it without me having to do repeat business with them.

Check to make sure the latch of the trailer's are working correctly, double check that they do not bounce off while going down the road when they are empty.

took over thirty minutes to rent an appliance dolly. I was asked for my driver's license number three times, my email three times, my phone number four times. computer kept crashing. All for a $12.00 rental of a dolly that I used for 30 minutes.

Wow. From the start (and I mean the minute we pulled up), we encountered a very rude man. Luckily, the lady in the office redeemed the experience a little bit, but what a dump and what poor experience.

We reserved a truck a week or more in advance to be sure we obtained the size truck we wanted and for the time we needed. The truck was not available. We received a call later in the day that we could rent the size truck we needed at another location but WE had to have it back the next day and we were not even going to have the truck for 24 hours.

The gentleman on Saturday was not familiar with the computer software and over charged me. We were there over 45 minutes with him on the phone to correct it and to get the first order cancelled and re- ordering. My bank card no has two charges on it for a one day rental. This does not make customers happy!

your equipment should be better maintained ( tires,wiring) the good news is you have employees like Grover as he saved my trip and whole experience with U-Haul he went above and beyond and U-Haul should be thankful to have an employee like him

Truck was dirty. Windshield needed cleaning. Inside was dirty. Gave me Transport without working blinkers it brake lights, suggesting I call roadside assistance.

Two months prior to our move we called the closest Uhaul location to reserve a pickup, we're we're advised to simply walk in on the day of. I don't know if it was maliciousness or ignorance on the part of the Uhaul representative, but that caused the rate to go up by 400.00, and we had to visit three different locations to find a truck large enough that was not already reserved, and we're unable to get the size of truck we had planned on. Always get a second opinion, and reserve early.

I reserved a 10ft truck and called the day before to make sure I could drop it off at a different location. When I get there to pick up the truck, I mentioned leaving it in a different location, and they acted very surprised. They had to move me to a 15ft truck, but never changed the paperwork. When I got to Greeley, I was not able to return the truck without paying double. Long story short, a manager called me from his personal phone number, honored the price and took care of me. I've never had a manager of a company do that before. Wish I could give more stars, but they definitely made it right.

The owner lied to me about when I could return the trailer. We agreed that I could return the trailer Monday late afternoon, he knew I was a local car dealer and he knew I was going to Silt CO and I did not know what time I would bee back exactly. So I pull into his lot at 5:30 He was closed and I get a bill for two day rental when he told me I wouldn't. And by the way what a piece of junk trailer; the reason I was so lat is because the trailer was so uncontrollable I couldn't hardly pull it with my truck, the thing was all over the road.. I will not recommend this U-Haul dealer Ever he's a lying Bas#*@^ and I will let every car dealer in the area never to use him again.
