Philip BMake sure trucks are ready and working prior to pick up. We lost hours and money paying moving helpers just trying to get the truck started because we were sent away with a dead battery.
MITCHELL JTrailer was snow covered and dirty inside. Door was frozen open. The.man was very nice and competent, though.

arend SI find the dropping off process here very lackadaisical. There was no confirmation that the trailer was returned (at least, not while I was there), and no inspection of the vehicle. I couldn't help but wonder if there would be a problem, and I would be billed for something that happened after the fact. I think an 'official: now you're all done' moment would reassure people.

Alan SWhen the reserve a truck actually reserve the truck. I reserved a 20 ft truck and ended having to take a van took us 5 days to move and more money than we should have ever spent. I will never use uhaul ever again

Marjut HRequested a pick-up location in town, I had to drive 9km just to get the truck and pay for it. It took me 2hrs past my pickup time just to go through videos and online paperwork just to get a code to sign out truck. This should have done before. I also ordered a dolly, which didn't come with truck. I had to call support around 4-5 times. I would have preferred paying for a bigger/different truck in town with someone easily able to assign me my truck quicker and efficiently. Instead, we needed to keep truck an entire extra day, which I again had to pay for. Not impressed. Also would have preferred a heads up call prior to the night before, 1 hr before Uhaul support offices closed to discuss and be informed of reservation info.

DAVID FVery kind and helpful. U Haul had scheduled the truck and trailer to be returned to two different locations. The folks at the Gas Barn called the other location and had the drop-of transferred to them to make things easier for me.
LEANDRA RThe surge brake assembly was in dire need of lubrication. It exibited a loud creak when the brakes were applied making the overall towing experience nerve racking as the application of the brake was NOT consistent and very jerky. The drop off location (after learning that the rental was already paid for) did not want anything to do with you. "just park it over there" I had to back into a parking spot beside another storage trailer on the end of a row surrounded by rental trucks with no assistance backing it in.
Larrie ECould add a 36hr rate. Meaning if I pickup trailer @ 9am & return it @ noon the next day. Give me incentive to not just keep it until the next morning.

Michael IHad it not been for me accessing my computer the morning that I was leaving I would have had no idea that the location I as picking the vehicle up from was unmanned. Had it not been for the contact that I made and the amazing assistance I received from the London area supervisor who helped me with the online process when I was at this location, I would have really been in a real bind.

Andrew iI was very disappointed when my booking was changed on short notice, when I booked well in advance. I was using this service in a rural area, so I understand uhaul dealers are limited. in my opinion given the notice I gave as a client about (6 weeks) it felt like a avoidable scheduling error on their end. The short notice and increased driving distance and fuel usage was very inconvenient and stressful. Then when I tried to contact a representative to talk about the changesI felt like I had to jump through a lot of hoops.

Paul SI had ordered 20 blankets and due to the fact that where the blankets were stored and had a Ziploc Taion that we could not access them until we got to our site. Once we open the bag it turns out it was only seven. We took videos of before and after to show our claim. Another disappointing factor was when we were checking out I was hoping to be able to explain about the banks but there was no option to do so. I either had to decline paying which would’ve delayed us much later since it was past work hours, or except and pay. I paid for blankets that I did not get, that would be my only negative feedback Other than where a U-Haul location close to us did not carry a 15 foot truck which then cost us a lot more in fuel to pick up and drop off at a much greater distance away. But we thank you for your products and in allowing us to move some delicate items

John WPerfect service!! Quick one as mechanical, trucks drives amazingly, as they truck should be still in warranty. When driving all good When idling she has a bearable knock and vibration, ONLY WHEN IDELING
Peter MThe costumer service was great at this location, however the truck was dirty on the inside with coffee spills and dirt all over the truck. I ended up cleaning it myself. The truck was also leaking oil when we went to drive it to our new location.

Paul SVerify that everything is working properly, mainly breaks. This is not the first truck that I rented from U-haul with breaks not very good...it should be noted that this applies to all dealers.
Daniel CCouldn't get the selfie to upload, so couldn't use the app to pickup, but they're very helpful inside the store. Truck kept having "service stabilitrack" warning pop up.

Dawn GPick ups in the middle of nowhere are difficult because the wifi is SUPER slow. Also make sure the lock boxes work as Owen sound was not my first pick up location, I had to drive 45 minutes each way out of my way to get my truck.

mark rThe problem was not caused by the uhaul dealers. I called to see if the trailer was there for pickup and advised that the people who rented it had not yet returned it. They returned the trailer 1 1/2 hours after their scheduled return time to the dealer location. She called the several times to tried to solve the problem.
JOYCE TI just really wish that I was told it was 15$ a day for insurance. As I could barely afford the rental to start. So the 50$ plus tax extra charge was a large hit for me. Otherwise, everything else was great. They were accommodating and easy to do business with.
LEAHN LThe truck I ordered was not available. Not the fault of the location.. uhaul customer service rep was rude and offered little in way if solutions. Worst service ever!!!!;
Steven MWhile I have no issue with this location, my entire initial reservation was screwed up and it ended up costing me 3 times the cost of the trailer rental I initially rented. Very unhappy overall.

Vanessa MThis unit is badly in need of a service. The oil is like tar it is so black and the transmission was slipping. It could use service too It was clean and the people were wonderful. The unit itself needs servicing.
DAWNMICHELLE NI have to itemize my u haul bill yet but it seemed quite high simply based on the total.29.95 a day, I drove 17.4 miles, total was 83.?? So I guess there must have been a shit load of taxes added.
