If U-Haul changes pickup location, please notify the renter of this. I had picked a location to pickup the trailer but when I called to verify the rental, I was told I had go to a different location to pick it up. If I hadn't called, I would have wasted time driving around. When you are on a schedule you don't need to be wasting time driving around! Better communication would be a good start on U-Hauls side!Matthew V.

We had to drive 5 hours total to get a truck. When we arrived they didn't have a dolly or furniture blankets and continued to charge us for them. We dropped off the truck during open hours but the guy wasn't there. I called and left a voice mail requesting confirmation that it all was good and our bill would be fixed and no one called back.Traci V.

Due to a family emergency, the folks at the Finish Line asked me to come pick up the trailer early. I completely rearranged my day to accommodate, but when I arrived I called the person to let them know I was there and to ask what the next steps were. I made several calls, left voicemails, but they never answered. I had to go to a different location to fill out the paperwork. Hours later they finally called me back, with a snarky attitude.
