This truck broke down on the side of the road 1 hour away. We had to wait 6 hours for a tow to Lawton,OK. We had to call people to come from OKC,OK to help unload and reload. The truck we received was in good condition and completed the job. I would like to receive credit for this rental or at least a large discount for this rental.SARAH S.
The truck had a very bad vibration. It was so severe that the headlights were shaking the entire trip. It made my back and shoulders hurt. I suspect that it had a driveline vibration or bad tire. I am surprised that we made it and that nothing was damaged.Denton W.

I think the site I had to drop off my uhaul here in Lawton the uhaul location on terrenace hills is a rip off, the guy did not want to give me my deposit then your office would only give me 30.00 out of 100.00. That was awful as much as I went through dropping off this uhsul, I am done using uhaul. When i got the uhaul she did not tell me the light was out or even do a walk around to inspect.MARIE D.
Pick up location was closed when I showed up even though it was the middle of the day and all the information on the internet showed it should be open. I had to call several times to reach someone to come unlock the office.Ben D.
This was not my place of choice for pickup but I was transferred to this site via a telephone rep. This place was dirty and smelled awful. This is one time I should have checked in on line to save time. It took every thing within me to stomach the smell. Also, no utility dolly reserved was available for pickup.Joy C.

Very poor service. Received a text msg saying that they had confirmed my drop off and when I get there nobody was there and the cell number of the person to contact that was on the sign on the door did not answer even though it said to contact them for any matters after hours of operation. they called me the night before to let me know that they only have 10 ft trucks, i ordered a 15ft, they failed to adv me on the phone that there was no ramp on the 10ft trucks. i could have gone to another city to get a 15ft or bigger and would have had i known it did not have a ramp. i am not happy with u-haul and there lack of information up front.BRENDA B.

No one was there when we dropped the truck off. Called after hours number. Woman who answered advised to leave keys and contract in drop box. It was 2:00PM on a Tuesday. Advised we only had one copy of the contract. Just left keys.KAY T.

This woman was one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. My son and I filled the truck with gas minutes before returning it. When she went to check it she tried to tell me we owed more money. I explained we had actually overfilled it and she was wrong, after arguing with me we went out and rechecked it together,where she discovered I was right. She was so rude and acted like it was a beneath her to wait on us. I will never use this location again. I would hope that a company this big would expect better customer service. I know from now on I will go with penske. I have never been treated so rude and was very upset when I left. I hope someone reads this andd oes something about it.MICHAEL M.
