Next time someone has a reservation and the employee that is scheduled to be there decides to lock up and go get lunch with a reservation scheduled, they should at least have the common courtesy to call the customer to let them know. I had a 12:15 pm pickup reservation and I wasn't able to get a truck until 2pm! I waited there for 2 hours before someone showed up. I was given a $100 credit, to help “forget” about the horrible experience I encountered that afternoon, but I lost way more that that as I had to be back in Charlotte at 5pm for a meeting. Horrible. Horrible Horrible.

I was charged $80.75 for fuel after I put fuel in it to put the fuel gauge where it was when I got the truck. According to the rental agreement I was only required to put in what I used. Upon my return I told the clerk that the truck had an ant infestation. Probably due to the fact there were food and candy wrappers in the door pockets. I tried to email the address that was provided in the email receipt, but the mail came back as undeliverable. Then I tried to call multiple times with no answer.

Clean the vehicles. My truck was infested with ants. Also online while booking it showed 39 cents a mile and when I picked it up it changed to 99 cents a mile. I will never rent U-Haul again.

Place reeked of Marijuana. Guy was so high he messed up my agreement, emailed it to me seven times, and forgot my appliance dolly. Why even have an online check in when I still have to do it all again with a pothead who can't focus. Took over an hour to get the equipment

There was an additional charge at the drop off location that the person working did not know what it was for (approximately $160). Later review of my email receipt looks like we were charged for the dolly we rented and returned to that location. Not sure if we were charged for it being missing.

had to sweep out the inside of the box truck as it had dirt and looked like loose rocks in it before use, otherwise truck did great and the location person was very helpful and polite !

Person did not document gas mileage with me. I took pictures of gas odometer and sent to uhaul but they did not honor the pictures and still charged me for gas. I paid for two dollies but only had one available. I did not enjoy my experience with Uhaul and would not recommend them to anyone

Pick up location was unorganized and unprofessional. It took 45 minutes to get the paperwork done. Employees were more worried about joking with loitering customers than getting the truck ready.

I had to wait an hour after my reservation to be greeted with someone who reeked of marijuana. To be honest if I had not called the location after 15 minutes past my reservation I doubt an hour is the time that individual would have arrived.
