Oshamar WilliamsThis was an exceptional experience. Although we encountered some hiccups with some of the lights on the trailer at pick-up, Miss Wanda was on top of it immediately. She got the issue resolved with efficiency, and did so all with a smile. We did go to a neighboring pickup place and at hello the guy's attitude was rank. I smiled, turned and walked out and called Wanda. I would rather do business with someone who actually treats you like you are a valued customer. Miss Wanda did that in spades. Her communication was impeccable as she resolved the lighting issues. We were thankful we put our business with her and would absolutely return to her again. Thank you again, Miss Wanda!
Rick TraderI was told to bring the truck back by 10:00 AM which is the time posted when the office would open. I showed up 15 minutes early hoping someone would be there. I waited until 10:15 for someone to open the office. I called and was told to leave the key under the seat. A key drop box should be added to the location for early returns. The truck relatively new and relatively clean. Everything worked well. I would rent from this location again.

Jonathan EgglestonThis place didn't have no blankets and didn't have the correct dolly. 😕 I had to call twice about my get my refund. That should have been check before the day of about blankets and dolly. I think the lady was kind of rude and unprofessional.

Jeff HardenThe facility was well run and the rental was smooth. However, the truck I ended up with was clearly in disrepair. The driver's seat was mashed and lopsided, the floors were sticky and gross, there was rust all over the truck. There was a tire maintenance message on, and the tires were registering as low on air.

Anita VegaBattery apparently had very little charge. Drove 5 miles/5 min to pick up furniture and after loading furniture at dock, truck would not start. Sat in loading dock for well over an hour including trouble shooting over the phone and waiting for someone to arrive to jump the battery. Towing company dispatched came from an hour away. Wasted most of our afternoon. What should have been a 45 min pickup and delivery, turned into approx 3 hours. Once roadside assistance jumped the battery, we were unable to turn off the ignition while delivering the furniture as well as filling gas tank required before returning. Was there any follow up done on this vehicle before renting to someone else to experience same issue?

Cr HendersonFirst place I went to didn’t have a uhaul representative there in order to give me the keys and didn’t have vehicles set for 24/7 service. Waited for someone for over an hour. Spoke with 3 different customer service representatives over the phone. The third finally helped! However sent me 30 minutes away to get a different uhaul. My card was double charged and caused my card to decline the next day at a gas station. Overall pretty poor experience. May not use uhaul company again.
William JacksonMask required asked me if I had been vaccinated…hate all this political bs…I had checked in online and submitted a copy of my do so really didn’t even need to see the owner for anything. Will go to the other guy behind sagebrush next load time.

Tommy VitoneNot this locations fault but the uhaul online checking is ridiculous. My phone didn't give me the option to find location and then I had to take pictures and fill out questions. Shouldnt this be the person's job that accepts the trailer?

Dawan DorseyThe system said that the tow dolly that I rented would work for the vehicle I was towing but when I go to the vehicle the dolly was to narrow so I ended up paying for a tow truck. But the folks that rented to me were amazing and treated me very well, I have no complaints other than the small problem with the dolly being too small.
Jayme StatonNot very friendly, had 1/4 tank of gas and teturned between 1/2 to 3/4. Basically tuff. Not good customer service, she was kinda nice, but not by much.

lekeisha murphyThere was nothing wrong with the site...there was nobody there when I picked up the truck. The issue was with Uhaul. When I went to pick up the truck the pick up address online was different than the one I was texted. Also, There was no dolly in the truck. The first person I called had no interest to help me. She said to log out and try again and said there was nothing else she could do. The second person said she could figure things out and she did.
Trevor MonrealThe on-line self-check in is awful. The app would not acknowledge that I was in the right location so I was forced to go in. During the COVID-19 crisis, I am trying to NOT go into any location I can avoid. Please make some adjustments to the app to make it easier to use.
