Owners of this location I have gotten with before to rent trucks or equipment and always get helped and have nice clean units that are ready to go without issue. Owners just opened up new location to rent from and great business to go to.

Why the personal did remove the trailer. The machine was down for me to check in the trailer . Therefore the trailer still was not checked on when I left

Office was really small, dingy and unprofessional looking. However, personelle very, very nice and helpful. They just need to upgrade the office space. Would highly recommend their convenient location in Warrensburg, MO.

A parking area for individuals who leave their personal vehicles there for a few hours when they rent a truck would be nice, but may not be possible.

I was charged for a whole extra day when trailer was returned just a few hours late.

I was told I had a 26 foot truck reserved. A few days later I get a call that they have a a 15 foot or I can drive over 90 minutes away to pick up a 26 foot. I took the 15 foot because we had to move. When go to pick up, the app would not work saying the problem was on uhauls side. We spent 3 hours on the phone with uhaul trying to get checked in. By the time we drove to our storage unit it was midnight. We could only pick up a small load because the truck was way too small. We ate up so much mileage driving from the ujaul location to our location. Uhaul would not comp for the difference. We had to make multiple trips due to truck being way too small. We were only able to move half of our stuff before having to return it. We didn't get back home until 6:40 am and had to be up by 10 for son's graduation. Now we have to rent another truck this week to get the rest of our stuff. Lousy move .
