Then at drop off the manager Kiara is very rude and immature. She has horrible customer service skills. And doesn't not know how to talk to people. Uhaul is just money hungry and screw over their customers any way they can to get more money out of you! I do not recommend their services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALLIE B.
The 20ft truck I was given was dirty still from the previous customer that had brought it in from another location. The truck wouldn't start. It took several tries to get it running. It kept dying on me while driving. Then it wouldn't start at all. We spent 5 hours loading this truck to full capacity and was trying to leave storage to take it 7 miles across town and it wouldn't start. Had to have my truck and trailer brought to unload it multiple times to get it all out of the uhaul . It took 2 hours before it finally stared and barely made it back to the uhaul place. I expect a full refund for my unusable rental. They should be inspected and maintained better.Jana A.

I rented a 10 ft truck but was given a 15 ft truck due to availability issues. I didn't have enough stuff to fill a 15 ft truck, which resulted in a lot of time trying to secure the contents so they wouldn't get damaged.Anne W.
Everything was prepared, well maintained, and very smooth. For being a mom and pop gas station that has uhaul support on the side this was a fantastic experience. They were flexible when my schedule changed and made sure to walk me through every step of the process with a smile. I bought their last hitch so maybe they could carry more inventory? But, they had enough for me and I had an excellent rental experience.AARON H.

This wasn't the best experience I've ever had with uhaul. I had originally ordered a 17 foot uhaul to move my 3 bedroom home and also ordered a dolly. I received a call saying that only a 10 foot uhaul was available so I agreed to take it because we needed something. When I picked up the uhaul I was then informed that there was no dolly available. I also didn't realize that the 10 foot uhauls didn't have a ramp, which we needed to get our washer/dryer and other heavy items into the uhaul. Then when I got into the uhaul it reaked of sweat which was gross. And with the 10 footer I had to travel more miles than antipcipated because of all of the furniture I had that required a 17 foot uhaul so I was then charged more for having to travel more. This just wasn't the typical uhaul experience I was used to, and hope to never have an experience like this again.Meranda P.

This was a horrible experience from beginning to end with Uhaul. 1. They changed my location pick-up/drop-off location. 2. I talked on the phone the day before to a lady and she said I could pick it up at a counter but when I arrived the lady said it had to be via mobile app. At a location that has very little cell phone service. 3. She finally checked me in and went outside to show me how I was supposed to get the key. She couldn't get the box open. After three tries she did and there was no key in the box. So if I had to do it via the mobile app I would have been left without a truck. 4. Took her 15 min to find a key. She assured me she would be here until 10:00 and she would physically check me in so I did not need to use the mobile app. 5. Friend (who was on the contract to drive) went to check it in four hours later and they refused. Said it had to be done on a mobile app. 6. Next morning I do early before work to try and check it in on the mobile app because they had it down for a 24 hr rental instead of the 5 hours I requested and the mobile app says it can not determine my location and will not allow me to check it in. I have screenshots to verify this. 7. They end of charging me an extra $20 because I did not check it in via the mobile app after they told me they would physically check me in at a location I did not ask for. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!MICHELLE T.

I live in Clinton, but they didn't have a truck so I had to drive to warrensburg to rent a uhaul for a local move.. I do not feel that I should of had to pay The extra mileage since it was not my fault that when I rented this truck two weeks ago I was told there was one in Clinton. I really feel I was ripped off. 146.00 for a local move is BS..Rochelle K.
The location infor.ed me that when I dropped the unit off there would be an overnight option for drop off and gave me the facility's information. That was not the case and the receiving facility was locked up and long closed. I was very displeased .Christina L.

The 5x8 trailer leaked and got a mattress and piece of furniture wet. When it says water resistant not water proof it means this trailer will leak if it rains.Jeffery W.

We went this location because when I reserved the truck the website said we were guaranteed that long of a truck or get paid $50. I didn't get either. We would have chosen a closer location if we weren't going to get the correct size. I had to do 2 trips and pay for the extra mileage BECAUSE we didn't get the correct size truck. The truck drove very rough like there was problems with the motor or transmission. We weren't sure if it would make it to our destination. We also got charged for a dolly we did not use. When we were loading the uhaul we noticed there wasn't a green tag on it. But we were in a time crunch to get our stuff out so we weren't able to stop and call. When I called the location explain that we didn't use the dolly because we had our own we used she said there's nothing she can do and we had to pay for it because it was our fault there wasn't a green tag. So watch out at this location you check every detail because there is no compassion if you as a customer make a mistake!Janet T.

This is not a necessity, but the hop up into and out of the truck is a bit difficult for people who are height challenged like myself. LOL! Perhaps a running board or step stool would be helpful in the future.Christa C.

Follow protocol â€œfirst come, first served. â€œ We were the first rental customers at opening. We returned to our car to wait until opening, and the agent took the next customer out of turn without letting us know they were open. We waited almost 35 minutes before we were able to drive away in the rental truck.Charles B.
