I dropped this u-haul off at this location as it is the only one that I know of in this small town. I parked the truck took the lady the keys. I waited at the counter she didn't come out to check the truck she didn't check it in. She stated someone else would look at it when they got back. Then I get a charge for $90 stating that I left the truck on empty. The truck was left on 1/4 tank like when I got the truck. I emailed u-haul the receipt for Gasoline. I would not recommend using this location to drop off.

Larry B.We were not able to pick up truck using mobile app. It kept showing that the truck was dispatched before it gave us the code to get the keys. Called u-haul to get another truck and they said they would notify us within the hour and we never heard anything.

Jimmy L.You should do better jobs at your brand management. The franchisee who operates this location has nonexistent training skills, as the poor associate was 100% ignorant to how to conduct a simple transaction. She only had two customers and was flustered and overwhelmed. Additionally, she opened her store an hour late. After another employee showed up to assist her an hour later, we finally received full service. Make available more one-way trucks for your locations to prevent this problem. Ensure full skills training and recertification for your franchisees and their employees. All in all, I will not be retaining the services of U-Haul ever again.

ANNIE B.The after hours check in took more time than I expected, plus I wasn't expecting to have to type in information like mileage and fuel levels, just to have to take a picture right after to prove what I had already entered. It was a little inconvenient that I had to take the time to check it all in since I wasn't being paid to do so, and they went behind me and did it anyway.
David W.I thought I was able to pick up the truck with no contact to another person. I arrive on time and I have to call a number that was posted on the door. When called the number went straight to voicemail. 40 minutes after my appointment time the owner finally shows up to get the key to the truck. Truck was in good condition but due to the owner being late I lost an hour of my truck time and was put behind schedule. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

MALEKIA PATRYCE C.Make sure you get the final cost and fees on your contract before you leave. Not this establishment but my overall experience with UHaul during this rental was horrible. Provide wrong or false information on pickup location, cost, drop off location, leaving message with no return call, chat was a joke. Very disappointed in the overall experience. Again the location of the pickup was not the issue, they were very professional

Willie S.this location did not provide any rental/contract documentation, printed or emailed….the young man stated an email was sent to me and I never received anything.....I called back several times concerning the issue, but got no response....I called back on Monday after the Saturday rental, I spoke with a lady and asked for her to email me a copy of the rental/contract.....she told me I would have to contact uhaul, it was out of her system.....total unprofessional representation of uhaul.

Gregory M.When we arrived to pick up the U-Haul, we were told we could not get it because their internet service was down. After driving around the local area for well over an hour trying to locate another dealer in the area and calling numerous locations in surrounding towns to try and locate the size U-Haul we needed, we were finally told by another dealer that we could call 1-800-UHaul and make arrangements by phone to get the one we had already reserved. This caused us a delay of 2 hours in getting the truck. Employees need to be better trained in how to handle the truck rentals. I have now received my bill and it is much higher than it should be. We were told when we made the reservation that it would be $39.95 for 24 hours plus $.99/mile. We only put about 45 miles on it. We made the reservation at the same place we returned it but had to pick it up in another city. We were not informed the 24-hour rental rate would be different for a one-way rental rather than local.
