There is poop all over the lockboxes, and it's no lights out there during drop off. Didn't feel safe at all and then I paid for a dolly and there was no dolly so we had to lift everything.
Raven WWhen I booked my truck I also booked an appliance dolly and when I received my truck they said there were all rented out which made me have to pay extra for overnight
Marcus HMy appointment was at 11 am. When I arrived at 11 am, no one was there and the door was locked. The man finally arrived at 11:20. We had ordered 6 moving blankets and a utility dolly, but the man clearly had not looked at our reservation. He didn't have a utility dolly and only happened to have the moving blankets because the last renter had left them in the trailer. We had requested that someone help us hook the trailer up to my vehicle, just to ensure it was done correctly, for safety's sake, but the man had no idea how to hook it up. He said he would "try to figure it out." My dad ended up knowing more about how to hook it up than he did. He was nice enough, but extremely unprofessional.
Heather RHad to do most of hookup. Did unhook when returning unit. No one there when I returned it.
James BThe person who answered the phone was helpful, but there is no office. It's just an unattended field. I was very leery of leaving a trailer that anyone could hook to and leave
JOSEPH JBetter instructions on returning equipment would be great. Was a little confusing if the trailers were ok to be left with the trucks.
Kenneth Ji reserved a 15' truck and they only had a 26' truck. I had to spend more money on gas and much harder to navigate in tight situations.
Kenneth ZDid not have equipment. Had to get from another location. Truck they had was only for local use. Storage area in truck dirty. No moving blankets Second location down the road was spot on. Clean truck and moving blankets
Stephen EThe equipment was filthy. Pick up time that was confirmed was not available and changed to an hour later. I had to pay my movers extra for waiting an hour.

Kenny NI just was not happy that my contract was not honored an got stuck 100 less cause of a deposit I was not told about even when I spoke to a uhaul person on phone less then couple days earlyer an told them what card I had to make sure it would be no issue (cashap) cause i didn't have any extra money in budget cause I was on a very tight budget getting my truck home cause I only get disability. An that money that got took in extra was gas money an food money cause me an daughter had to get dinner after train ride

angelia lHow about first - send me to a damn location with an actual human working. Second - my trailer was stuck on my ball. And I hurt my back trying to get it off my truck. Just really bad customer service for the drop off. - very confusing to just be told to drop a trailer at a shitty dirty looking lot.
Benjamin BThe passenger seat belt didn't work. But, especially the ramp which was broken. All the loaders had to hand to another person where the ramp is but it was broken. This caused much hard ache and more time to load and unload
Billie SThe cab of he truck was muddy and the ramp to the back of the truck would not extend out. Ramp was stuck and was not usable.

Donna CWe had rented on-line a 10-foot truck. When we arrived at pick-up we were informed that the truck has been inoperable for a while. Thankfully they had a pull-behind trailer that we were able to use instead. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful and I have no fault with him. He said he had reported the vehicle was out of service and UHaul had failed to remove it from the rental options. It all turned out okay in the end, but the mix-up should not have happened.

Richard PThe process of renting and more important returning equipment is extremely difficult and customer service is non existent. I only rent from uhual when I have nonother choice and this latest experience just reinforces this decision
John KMake sure someone is in the office prior to opening. Having all equipment available and not send customers to another location especially after they've been running around for the last 2hrs, and getting a hard time from customer service! This was the absolute worst experience I've had with UHaul since I've been a customer! I never received my utility dolly because I refuse to go back to skyline! The guys did give me a extra 50 miles when I informed them that my trip from my house was exactly 84 miles and from their pick up location to my apartment was an additional 9 miles. They also wanted me to drop the truck off in a town that was 21 miles away. So the extra 50 miles was needed and I really appreciate them for that!
Amy WThis was suppose to be a 24/7 pickup! The business was closed and they had the keys inside the business. The business states it opens at 9 which was the time I was suppose to pick up rental. I was on the phone for over a hour trying to resolve the situation and finally around 10:30 a person show up to the business clueless about the uhaul rentals but did find a key to the truck I was suppose to get. I also was suppose to get handtrucks but the person was also clueless and said they didn't have anything like that there.
