Improve the accurate reporting of use. I returned the truck after less than 3 hours of use yet, the location reported and extended my use beyond 24 hrs. Even after I had spoken with the representative who contacted me by phone, my CC was additionally charged. Further, I returned the truck with the level of gas exceeding the level at the departure. However, my bill reflects a gas charge of more than $14.

The truck had an oil leak and I had to stop twice to add oil. Rep did reimburse me for the oil. Overall, uhaul is easy to utilize at a fair value. I will continue to use

Chandler CJust an empty lot with a few U-Haul trucks and trailers parked there. No signage and most importantly no building or key drop. How was I supposed to return the truck if I can't put the keys somewhere!? Called customer service and they didn't have an answer either.

Tom GOriginal location for pick-up was W. Western Ave but had to go to this location to get the trailer and they opened 2 hours later! Tail light was out so had to wait for it to get repaired. Owner apologized for problem. My last 3 experiences with U-Haul have been bad.
Steve PWhen came to the address and it was just an overgrown parking lot with a few uhaul pieces of equipment. THE WAS NO SIGNAGE! I used mobile checkout. It took 40 minutes with the help of customer service to complete the checkout. I had to send multiple copies of my license when I had already checked in online prior. They also pre-overcharged me several days on the trip. I said I was returning on the 14th but they charged me till the 16th. We were so late that I just prepaid thinking it would get adjusted on drop off. It never was. I may never use uhaul again!!

Michael Wthis was an unmonitored yard. No key box. Instructed to leave keys on floor of truck. Truck was returned with some dirt on the floor but cleaner than when picked up. The $25 cleaning fee is insulting.
DAVID DTruck interior was reasonably clean. Blankets were as well, but not clean, and not folded, though I didn’t care. This was not the original pickup location, which was changed after I declined to pull a trailer behind to transport it for UHaul. The new pickup location was another 15 miles, and they didn’t have the boxes I ordered at the new location, so I was out $15 of boxes. The change of location was the only complaint I have about this rental.
