They park the trailers with them coupler against a fence and it is hard to turn out because the aisle is very narrow. To get out I needed to jackknife the trailer. I shouldn't need to keep going back and forth to turn out of the parking spot. Plus I turned so hard the back end or the trailer could have damage the truck parked next to it.ken P.

The employee kept telling me to call him back as he was busy with other instore customers. After this happened a second time I told him that I was a customer to to which he replied that they had not vehicles and hung up on me. We only rented from the location as it was the closest to our residence, but turned out very difficult to find (not well signed) and the fuel level on the vehicle was well below what was shown to us on the contract. The location on O'Connor Drive in Toronto was easy to find. The truck was clean and in good shape. Best of all, the staff member was friendly and very helpful. All in all our moving experience with U-Haul was excellent; this is a good thing, as we will be needing to rent again in a few weeks!Peter A.

Your person in charge in this location is very helpful and well mannered. I give thumbs up to his service. Well accommodated with him. The lady in your call in center, the 1800 # is rude and does not know how to talk to clients. She needs to be educated if a client is frustrated as our on line reservation was messed up.Robert D.
I ordered the vehicle for pick up at parliament location which is close to my home. It showed it was available, then 12 hours later I received email saying I had to go to greenwood which is farther away. Another day later I was to drive to O'Connor. This is the third time this has happened. When you have a model based on mileage driven it makes one suspect you are was to your time and money to increase your profits. Projected price almost doubled because we had to drive so far for pick up and delivery. Shameful. Why say the truck is available when it's not? I could understand this happening occasionally but not each time we rent.Catherine B.

I had requested for a 2 hours extension but they charged me for the whole day. I was not made aware of the charges until i received the invoice. Also, the truck was not clean there was cigarette smell and used coffee cup under the seat.nittu J.

Customer service is horrible, took me an hour and a half to pick up my van in the morning. The online stuff you have to fill out in the morning makes you not even want to use uhaul anymore. Next time I'm going with discount or Home Depot rental. Wouldn't recommend if you want to get your rental fast and go but if you have hours to waste then sure use uhaul. Also when I dropped off van employee was very scetchy and tried to blame damage on vehicle that was pre existing on me, if I didn't take pictures when I picked up then this guy would of tried to charge me for it. â€œScamâ€ make sure you check your vehicle before and document all pre existing damage or you will get blamed for it.cameron J.
The shop was supposed to open at 1000 am , but the attendant did not show up until 1013. No apologies for the delay we're offered, the attendant had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand, he was not friendly and not helpful .manuel S.

Seriously disappointed with the mobile truck rental program. I had reserved a truck from 8am - 2pm, thinking i had access to it over that span. I showed up at 8:45 am and was unable to use your app to rent the truck. Had to call an agent which took an hour, and we missed our window of time to use the service elevator. I was promised a refund from the $200 debited from my account and 3 weeks later nothing has been processed. I feel like Ive been scammed by a reputable company. this needs to be addressed and corrected immediately. The passenger mirror was broken and the driver visor kept falling down in front of my view. The cabin smelled like urine. You can get newer vehicles, fix the issues, not rent trucks that have issues, ensure that the trucks are clean.Rachael R.

Make sure larger vehicles have enough parking space not only to initially access (was boxed in by other vehicles), but especially to drive out of parking lot. All large trucks seem to have been parked close to the fence wall, with vehicles then parked behind them - leaving only room to drive forward. For the size of the truck 15' there was barely enough shimmy room to squeeze out of turn. I'd suggest parking further into the spacious parking lot and not at the very edge.Esteban P.

It would be nice if the person at the physical U-Haul location for pick up/drop off had comments that were discussed over the phone between head office and customer prior to pick up. Overall excellent experience though.Aimee H.
My reservation was cancelled by head office and was very frustrating. I would never use or recommend uhaul again if it wasn't for the employee of The Box Store that fixed the bad situation with me freaking out on him. The cancelation cost me extra because I couldn't get the round trip discount and I wasn't able to return the truck to a different location so I had to pay for another 45km. It was a horrible experience and I was very unhappy.Matthew B.

At first the signal lights were not working and then the service rep changed the harness and everything was working but I later found out he broke the pin on my harness in the vehicle, so I had no brake lights on the trailer.Richard R.

The person at this location was very helpful and nice to deal with. The vehicle was spotless and ran well. Our issue was we were supposed to pick up the vehicle from another location that we could walk to from our home. We ended up having to take a cab which we didn't want to do because of Covid and it cost us $25 each way - another cost we didn't expect. I think your policy should be that if the vehicle isn't available where we ordered it, the replacement vehicle should be delivered there for us to still pick up as ordered.Kristo F.

Last two times I returned my rented van after hours. I took almost hundreds of pictures of odometer, fuel gauge, drivers cabin and inside of the van. App did not accepted pictures and could not check out by myself. Very much disappointing. App needs to be improved and checkout system should be easier. May need more clear instruction and example. I did not understand at all why I could nor submit pictures and finish self check out. I simply returned key in the return box. I waste one hour.Md Shariful A.

Make sure that U-Haul has their details correct. I was overcharged for my rental and it added to my mental stress. They continued to say that I returned the vehicle 3 hours late when this was not the case. Finally it was resolved and I was correct. This didn't need to happen at all.Audrie D.
