I did all the work to chock, disconnect, take pics check trailer in and document through Uhaul website. Was disappointed when I went inside and attendant did not have the file yet to confirm and complete the handshake acknowledging that trailer is in same VG condition ready for next rental as when I picked it up yesterday.

DAVID DUGGINSI signed up for a utility dolly but there was not one for me, since those items are not tracks/serialized. This made it difficult to move my washer and dryer :(

Johnny WaddellI was never advised about a 1.00/mile when clearly I could have rented for .89/mile but usually rent for .40/mile so for a 1.00 a mile i will not be renting anymore also was told my contract would be for .89/mile after talking with representatives. I would give U-Haul a 1* not the locations fault .

Henry ConnollyEverything was great until I got my bill. I was charged $23 for gas that I had replaced. When I first got there and looked at the truck I took a picture of the gas gauge and showed the guy that it was not correct. He agreed and changed the paperwork but must not have changed anything in the computer because when I got my bill they charged me $23 for gas. I have rented from UHaul many times and I know the policy and followed it. I should be receiving a credit of $23 to my account.

Victor HunterI was ripped off and being made to pay for fuel when I refueled it. I only drove 55 miles. I will make sure everyone I know and social media is aware of this because it's your word against mine. I had to call to figure out code to get key and call to return truck. There was no barcode at this facility. Your operator screwed up the details of my check in which caused the fuel issue. They notated this to your company who still didnt refund my money even when I called and talked to them. Uhaul is run by crooks who steal money from their customers. I will never use your service again.

VERNELLE FRANCETruck was right where they said it would be. The mobile pick up process was confusing - I did not know I would need to call two people to prove it was me (it was early so I struggled on who to find). That information would have been helpful before so I could have planned accordingly. But, that's not a fault of this location, the truck was where they said it was, and all was well.

When I scheduled a time and place for pick up, and drop off.. then paid, why did my place of pick up change to 12 miles away, and no more miles added to my allocation? Uhaul changed this on me with out speaking to me in advance. Why was I also charged an addition amount? I returned the truck earlier than scheduled. This isn’t very customer friendly. And truly makes me want to never use this company again.

William FiddmontIt’s very hard to judge the exact gallons to put back especially if it’s not on full when you start out. I was charged a fee for being short by 2 gallons.

MILTON CEPEDAMy initial reservation was a disaster. U haul did not get a truck to us on time making us 8 hours late for a deadline. I was suppose to get a phone call within a couple hours after making a reservation but never got a call from the scheduling office to inform us of what was going on. We had to initiate all calls. Customer service was pathetic and we are seriously considering never doing business with U-haul in the future. We were supposed to get a 50$ discount from the home office for the headache but this never got passed along to billing. We will not be using U-haul in the future.
