Right side turn and stop light not functioning. Also, when traveling with a trailer, if you disconnect to go somewhere where a trailer can’t what is preventing a person from hooking up to your trailer and driving away? Needs a locking mechanism on the ball joint hookup.

It would be very helpful to the gentleman on site should there have been another rep to assist customers and go through the walk around of the truck and to tell customers how to use it properly to ensure utmost safety.

will not use Tommy's car wash rented a truck on wed July 31 went to pick up no one was in the office not happy at all could not rent from anyone because of it being the end of the month and being a long weekend. went to the auto boss would recommend this place any time. .

Have the equipment requested available. If the equipment is not available it would be nice to know before getting the keys.

Would be nice if the truck was fully gassed up before pick up. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes before and after to be served even though there was no other customers there. The washer fluid was also empty.

This shop should not have a franchise. Very unprofessional ,disorganized and unprepared They lost the keys to the truck i reserved. The truck they gave me was dirty and they were unaware it had mechanical issues. Uhaul should screen their franchises better. Looks bad on Uhaul.

I was trying to pick my truck and the personnel from auto boss saw me and nobody approach to me to ask if I need something or is everything is ok. bad service. But U-HAUL experience,,,,, awesome, truck in excellent conditions, super clean, super gas efficient, I love it, definitely I 'll use U-HAUL services again, but another location.

The uHaul wasnt cleaned out. The gas tank was on Empty. It took over 30mins after scheduled time to get the keys - not because it was busy. Receptionist took many personal calls and had us waiting while he did his running around. The office wasnt very professional either.

I was extremely dissappointed with my experience. Cirst I was bumped to go to this location instead of the one I chose. My equipment was downgraded to a 15 foot instead of a 17 foot as requested. I had to wait until 10 am for the location to open and he was 10 minutes late from opening and there were 3 people ahead of me. All were not happy with this. It was after 1030 before I was on way. The place was a pig stye and absolutely a poor representation of uhaul. I took pictures which I would be happy to share. Bery very dissappointed.

Attendants had no interest that I was there to rent a truck. Nor did they kniw i was coming. It was very akward. They gave me the keys...told me to go and get it where it was. The truck was full of snow and there was no snow brush around to remove the snow nor did they come out to help take the snow off (with my hands). THANK GOD I WAS ONLY MOVING A FRIDGE AND SMALL COUCH because once I got to the store to load the couch... Opened the back door to find the floor was dirty as well as there was leftover debris/items of garbage from the previous rental. It was poor service all around. Its a good thing ive rented elsewhere before otherwise I would have been lost with the details. I even over filled the gas tank. But rest assured I also left the garbage that was there prior to my usage. Not again...!

The gentleman in Sudbury was helpful to the point of getting me a truck with the mess that was created. His yard although was something else to be desired. I have sent pictures to roadsidecustomer@uhaul.com. It took 4 hours for me to get a truck on the road, partly because of the condition of his yard, trucks stuck in the snow, and the errors in your system that had me as some guy in Tennessee, which I hope I don't end up paying for.

I love Uhaul and I love the people at AutoBoss. I have rented Uhauls from them before and they are always great to deal with. Let me also say that I love your website and the toll free support line.
