Put shock absorbers on the trucks so they don't bounce so much on rough roads. One light was broke at top, center, back of truck when I got it. Otherwise, was great.

I was told I had to pay $526, then I get there, and it's $550 something. I paid that, and when I got there, he proceeds to tell me I had to pay $57 more, and he didn't know why. I felt I was over charged. I wasn't given an option on how many days I needed. I had the uhaul for 2 days. Got charged for 4. I didn't get reimbursed for the other two days. No one told me that, or else I wouldn't have chosen Uhaul.

The drop off location is kinda of creepy. It's just not very inviting and says nothing about uhaul on it. They need to fix that it always was not enough spots to park uhaul trucks when you drop them off. I checked my truck in after hours but it was barely one spot for me I had to park at an angle. Let the staff know to provide more areas like that. Also the drop off area isn't marked I had to search around the building until I found it.

The air conditioner in the truck I reserved a month ago was not working on a 93 degree day at 100% humidity and they could do nothing to get it fixed and had no other trucks to give me. I talked to a manager at 800-Go-Uhaul and they said they would have someone call me within 3 business days to offer me some of the money I paid back for my experience. It has been 5 days and my phone hasn't rung from U-Haul yet.

It took me 6 hours in one day to get a uhaul to move less than 12 miles. When I called always put on hold. Uhaul was scheduled in one place then few minutes later I'd receive email of change of location that was more than 30miles away. Very POOR business practice and customer service. I've used this company years ago and it was nothing like it was this time. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Uhaul. I can never recommend them because of the experience I encountered.

The uhaul service was terrible. No only did u haul send me to another town, but when I got there they told me I didnt have a uhaul. Nor dis I have the requested materials that I need for my move. Also, I was on hold for an hour and I was told I could only have the uhaul for a few hours because it was suppose to be rented to someone else that afternoon. Also, I moved a total of 3 miles but was charged 60 because I had to go get the uhaul and I had to take it back to the same location. Therefore, the location wasnt the problem, it was the uhaul company itself. There are 2 uhaul locations where I live and that's where I reserved it for. So yeah, paying an extra $60 pissed me off.

I am very upset with U Haul. I had my conformation to pick up in Pontotoc MS and 4 u haul stores later I found my truck in tupelo. I was told I would get a credit for this.

Read that it was a 24 hour drop spot but there was no mention of uhaul on their sign or posting of uhaul drop key instructions. Afraid we were dropping off at wrong place. When we called number on gate the person laughed when ai mentioned we were looking for the uhaul drop off.

I am really frustrated that I selected the drop-off location online (when placing the order), only to have it changed during my trip. You should not offer the drop-off location online - if it is not a drop-off location... fix your website.

This Uhaul location in Tupelo, MS was closed on Thanksgiving day, so I called the pick up location at Peters Street to ensure the company was aware. I spoke with Jessica at the pick up location and she informed me that it was noted in the system.

We were scheduled and confirmed to pick up trailer and dolly at U-Haul Storage, 1207 E Main St, Tupelo, MS, at 4:00 pm on May 12. No trailer or dolly was available when we arrived. Personnel were very rude and unhelpful. We had to call U-Haul to get this alternative pickup location and when they did not have the dolly. We had to go to a 3rd location in another city to pick up a dolly. U-Haul has very poor customer service overall. Personnel at Attic Storage were courteous and helpful.

I had excellent service from this location, but I would like you to know that I did not receive what I ordered online. The 17' truck was not available anywhere in the Tupelo area, due to some problem at the main office in Jackson. The problem was complicated by the fact that no one informed me of that until the afternoon before I was to pick it up. The only option I was left with was the 15' truck for the same price. I was able to load fewer items, which caused difficulty with my moving. I don't care whether it was a website problem or an inventory problem. U-Haul in Jackson offered me no alternative for this customer service issue, so I will think again before I rent another vehicle from them.

There was no one available at the time I was required to deliver the eqpt.The phone no. listed on the contract went unanswered. No open/closed hours were listed. This is a storage company and had a number on the fence which was answered. I was directed to leave the trailer in a location which my wife could not have done without help! Surely someone There should have known we were coming!!

Wanted a truck in Madison, ms.... Uhaul told me at last minute that I had to drive 58 extra miles to get my truck in Lexington, ms and now uhaul wants to charge me $180 in milage and gas.... Will never use uhaul again
