This drop-off location was a gas station. The associate helped other customers before me even though I was there before them. He also spoke to the other cashier regarding a personal transaction through Venmo for what he verbally identified as weed while helping me at the same time. Was not friendly nor welcoming.Alexander S.

Location was very unorganized, did not have any record of our reservation and transaction was very poor! Assistant was waiting on other customers and would come and go. Did not have time to assist my reservation. It was 1 hour wait to get on my way. I do not recommend this location.Ernesto B.
You call people when you're supposed to you let them know that they have to have a credit card or a bank card before they show up that was just totally wrong. When I get there I didn't have the truck I wanted I have a bigger oneSHELLY W.

We need pick up rentals at this location. All we have available are the vans & trailers. We need pick-ups! We are a rural area , we need pickups when ours are in for repairs or maintenance.IDA N.

I had to move 2 tow dollies, and 1 trailer to get to the trailer I was renting, The station should have more than one person to operate, It took one hour to get out of there, employee was running back and forth to do both jobs,I hope that she is being paid a good wage.MICHAEL B.

The trailer was a 1/4 of the way full from top to bottom with moving/furniture pads and no one told us to look over the trailer before we took off. So we got to our location 3 hrs away only to find the trailer full. I called this Chevron UHaul to figure out what to do, only to have them hang up on me multiple times. The service was terrible when we made pickup of the first car dolly and the light cord was to short so we had to buy one to fit, and then found the lights didn't work. When we returned it the service was better and the replacement dolly was excellent.Walter M.

Maybe assist with hooking up to hitch. These type of trailers do not have a jack so lifting up by hand and trying to place on the ball can be difficult doing this alone.Rudy A.

It took two days for them to figure out how to reserve this vehicle for me. Then when I came in she said the vehicle has never been checked in, then they said I could rent a vehicle without reservation. Then they said the vehicle has been reserved already when all along it was my reservation I had placed all along. It took about 45 minutes to get the moving van I had reserved days ago but they somehow couldn't find it.ZACHERY M.

Clerk was confused during whole process. Receipt couldn't be printed until another clerk helped out. The Tow Dolley I was assigned couldn't be accessed because of other equipment blocking it so another was assigned - this did not reflect on the receipt so it caused confusion for approximately 1 week at the drop off point and numerous phone calls.Anthony S.
Also was not told where to put the key when returning through the app. The gentleman working was moving a U-Haul so I handed it to him. At both location directions on the app were very clear and easy to follow until it came down to the info regarding the key, it just kinda ended and skipped to next section.Kyle S.

Clerk for drop off was not trained well on return. Took her 20-30minutes to get information on her phone/pad.(she tried both). By the time she got the information uploaded, it put me past the drop off time and I was charged another $50-60 by Uhaul because it indicated the drop off was late. She just indicated that is just how Uhaul operates and said she always recommends to people to use another business beside Uhaul. Prior to dealing with this location, everything else was what I expected from Uhaul.Danny B.

About an hour and a half after I left, I was called in a panic because they didn't collect my drivers license. I returned about 30 minutes later to return the car dolly. We did more paperwork after I came to return the dolly. I thought I was completing return paperwork, but they offered me insurance and gave me printed instructions on how to properly strap down the car to the dolly. After telling the guy I didn't need any of that because I was done and had returned the dolly, I got a call from someone else two days later telling me I need to return the trailer. ?? I asked if they looked outside for it before calling me and she said no. To say they were incompetent would be an understatement. They were nice and polite...just didn't seem to know what they were doing.Michael B.

This truck was super old, super rattle trap and literally no suspension. I was worried about my belongings even going snow. There was an air bag light and oil light that came on. Over 155,300 miles needs to be retired. Other newer ones were available but they gave me a junkerAmy P.

The interior cab floor and passenger seat had sand and food crumbs on them. The exterior and interior of the truck bed was clean. The person that handled the paper work did an excellent job!!! He was very pleasant and courteous even though he was very busy.Allen H.

My actual reservation was for a uhaul 26 footer which they gave to someone else. So i had to settle for a cargo trailer. I needed a ramp for my move and that was all they had. There was broken glass in the trailer that i had to sweep out before i could use the trailer.James P.
I ordered a 15 foot bit got a 10 foot instead. The 10 foot didn't have a ramp so I had ri leave my washer SMS dryer and make some kind of alternate arrangements. The customer service at the place was poor as well.Misty F.

Give your associates training in regards to the u-haul aspect of the job. It took over 40 minutes to complete the transaction. He was very professional and courteous. Also, the rental had broken glass all over.Alida D.

I have never in my life delt with such awful service. My pick up time was 8:00am and I waited for an hour to have someone even show up. I reserved a 10 foot to start with and got 10 phone calls switching the truck size and forgotten information. I get the truck and it doesn't have a dolly as I had requested. So I had to get that. Then my charges all the sudden have gone up unexpectedly. Now it has changed in my account 3 X. To top it off all I get is sorry. Sorry to change all the inconvenience. I reserved this U-Haul a week in advance to avoid inconvenience. What should have been done a complete refund for the ridiculous hassle!!!
