Except for not having the moving dolly as ordered, all went well. Very pleasant front desk lady to interact with. Easy to pick up and load, but not so moving the heavy stuff without the dolly. This wasn't the front desk's fault. Uhaul did not give her any to use with the trucks and the nearest other Uhaul was 5 miles away so I had to do without.
