The location was fine but the mobile pick up was terrible . We were outside for a while before someone from the building helped us because we kept knocking on the door . We put in the code but it wouldn’t register in the lock . It took a longer time than anticipated . Also when booking the uhaul, it booked twice when the first page just said it didn’t know what went wrong . So I re Registered .

They told me they would charge me $2/mi for Friday and Saturday rentals. They said it's not on the website that way, but everyone knows it. I then told them I would lodge a complaint if they charged me what wasn't on my reservation. When I returned the truck, they told me I couldn't pay a higher gas price to replace the gas I had used. They tried to send me out to refuel the truck myself. It wasn't until I pressed that they said they would charge me $4.50 / gallon. The poor kid there is working like a crazy person with incompetent help and no U-Haul representatives on site. He has to call everything in. It has to be the most frustrating job for that guy; he is busting his behind all day. Kudos to him.

The whole pick up transaction was done out side on the sidewalk with someone who needed to call someone else on their cell phone. It was really sketchy. I didn't think I was going to be leaving there with a u-haul. thankfully I did. the u-haul was clean but there was a lot of graffiti on it.

The place was very dirty, & dark & the employees seemed sketchy. The trucks had graffiti on them and they gouge you with mileage. 1.99 per mile is ridiculous. They advertise the truck for 1995 but by the time you drive a very short distance and back and of course get insurance because he never now how other people around you drive, you wind up paying $100 for the truck. The man I spoke to over the phone regarding the rental agreements and the paperwork was very friendly and professional

This was a hard place to drop off truck. The young man who helped us just was not very sure of the drop off procedure. Kind of sketchy just parking truck on the side of the road etc. We finally called haul enough to get someone to confirm that we had indeed dropped off of the equipment.

Check engine light was on. 2 feet of exhaust pipe missing making it extremely loud and obnoxious.

The truck was not well maintained, including having a broken lock on the driver's side door, in addition to struggling to accelerate when getting on the highway. The outside of the vehicle was smothered in all sorts of graffiti. It did not come with straps to secure boxes within the inside, nor did the vehicle come with a hand truck like in other locations. That had to rented separately. I had to give my card number to the location owner over the phone because no one in store knew how to process the transaction. Lastly, it took nearly 20 minutes to complete the drop off as the employees on site were far too engrossed in other activities, including arguing with other customers who were visibly upset. I will never return to this location, and I will strongly weigh other rental services before using Uhaul again.

The trucks in this area had spraypaint, the person who rented the truck to me did not give me a contract or explain the conditions.

Was very dissatisfied with this service. Arrived and truck nor reservation was ready. There was dried mud all on the drivers side. There was no one around to help the process. This place was not okay. I would never go to that location again.

i ordred the express/mobile pick up. The app said that the truck would be ready for me to pick up and leave right away. The truck was across the street in an unmarked parking lot, locked, without the keys. i had to go find the office for someone to give me the keys. That wasn't what i had ordered and was a little disappointed in that. The phone number on line that I was told to call for assistance went unanswered and no call backs. it took us longer to do the express pick up than it would have if I would have just shown up and requested the truck. The girl at the front desk was trying to give me keys to a different truck than the one i had just went through the online process for. It was an overall mess of a situation and moving can be stressful enough as it is without having to deal with a confusing truck rental.

Very basic affiliation. Unable to get or request additional supplies (moving blankets, boxes, tape etc). I know there is a more full-service facility near-by and was disappointed I was sent to this facility to pickup.
