He wanted us to hook the trailer ourselves, which i had not idea how to. He have directions. Such a different experience to where we picked up. from.

The owners are extremely rude! Getting the trailer they couldn't find the reservation. They had to call someone even though we had the reservation number and everything took forever to get. Then when returned we though ahead and Literally put the trailer back where we got it from. Stones to hold it up and all. Then They asked us to move it 1 foot to the left. Didn't help us at all to move the stones so we could repark trailer. Had to our back on the car and then get out of car to put stones back under and repark all when he is on the phone with someone. Rude people.
The pickup location was uninformed and in fact gave incorrect information. It was not disclosed that packing supplies were not available at that location. Once at the location to collect materials, more than 5 miles away on Keith Bridge Rd, the location was understaffed and the wait was long. The materials that I had pre-ordered for pickup I had to find and gather for purchase. Having rented with u-Haul many times previously in different locations, this experience was unacceptable. I will definitely not recommend this location.
Showed up at 7 AM (when they were supposed to open), employee didn't show up until 8:15 AM. Couldn't check out online because the lock box was no where to be found! Turns out they brought it inside - how does that help me when the inside is locked up with no one there???

I wanted to rent a 15' truck but was told I had to rent a 20' truck because I was dropping off in Milledgeville, GA.

Few places to park trailer. Most of lot is on a hill.
Attendant did not know what or how to process the rental. I made a reservation on line (have had my account for several years) and had to redo the reservation with someone on the phone. The store had no way to Scan my license (I do not like to put this stuff out on the web) but I had to do it via smart phone anyway!
Upon arriving we told the clerk we were dropping off a truck. He said "have a seat it will be a few minutes- i'm at the end of my shift so i'tll have to wait." But the way he said it was nice and not snippy. We grabbed a few drinks and checked out with him at the register, finally a few mins later he walked out with my husband and literally walked to the truck while on the phone with someone looked at my husband and said " your good- if they need anything they'll call you." My husband said upon leaving he just felt as if he was an inconvenience to the clerk. Overall it was a good experience but still awkward.
TZ was most helpful and knowledgeable. A small,paper receipt, in lieu of text/e-mail, might have been more helpful, otherwise the return was smooth and easy.

I was re-routed to this location without being notified and was very put out. Thankfully your area manager discounted my rental for the inconvenience factor. The location was a hole in the wall convenient store with a clerk that did not have a clue what he was doing. It was an awful experience! Took forever to check out my rental.
The employee that helped me with my order was pleasant but not knowledgeable. I was charged incorrectly and had to wait a while to complete my rental even though I had checked in before arriving.
There need to be an alternative way to get a copy of a driver's license when the app doesn't connect. The person at the counter had more focus on shoppers rather than a uhaul customer that was there first. I also had to drive to a different location bc my original location didn't have it . The whole picking up process took almost an HR and was horrible. I will consider using a different rental company next time.
