Very nice people to work with. However, they gave me a truck with no gas. I didn't realize it until I was on the road. It was completely empty. I put $5 into the tank and traveled 30 miles. There was more gas in the truck when I brought it back than when I picked it up. When I came back they charged me $68 to fill up the tank, plus other fees not on the contract for a total $74 extra plus tax. This was in addition to the 69 cents per mile they already charged me, which is what I agreed to. I tried to clear this up with the owner of the shop, and he said he would handle it. Nothing. I had to finally dispute with my credit card company.Terance D.

The person who works at this location did not show up until at least an hour after they opened. Then, once there, the individual just told us to give him the keys without opening the store, so we had no idea if he even worked there. My husband asked him to open the store prior to giving his keys. Also, we were told we'd receive a refund if we dropped the car off early and I have not received any indication of a refund.ROSS W.

The owner of this location may not be the responsible party, but we emailed a complaint to U-haul because the truck we reserved was not available. The truck we were given was too small and we could not complete our move. We now have to schedule a second move (from state to state) at greater time, effort and expense. We were referred to a second location on Good Hope to assist and no agent would correct the problem. This was a horrible experience and U-haul has still not responded to our complaint.ANDRE T.

The location was fine, but I had a problem with customer service. The email that I was suppose to receive to get my auto transport, I never got it. After several attempts to contact someone regarding this email, I finally got it. I waited a total of 2 hours to get my auto transport connected. This was truly unacceptable. The gentlemen that connected my auto transport wasn't 100% sure on how to do it, and when I drove my car on it the first time, the transport popped off the hitch nearly destroying my truck. The young man was totally professional, but you could tell he didn't know for sure what to do. .Troy C.

Sent us out with no running lights on the trailer. Spent the rest of the day trying to get parts so I could drive it seven hours to Michigan safely. Also spent over an hour trying to pay for the trailer. The person had trouble trying to figure it out.Patty C.
