My rental pick up was for a Saturday at 10am at the Terra Firma location. Upon arriving, there was no key available for my truck, which luckily a uhaul representative was there to cut me a key, otherwise, I would not have been able to access my rental at all. I was offered a $20gas credit due to the uhaul being brought back with a low tank of gas. The rep extended my rental for 24 hours, which allowed me to bring it the next day to the Terra Firma location. Turns out this location is closed on Sunday, therefore not allowing me to bring my rental back as the gate was closed. Which neither the uhaul employee made me aware or the representative with Terra Firma. After making multiple attempts to reach someone about where to drop the rental off, I was hung up on/disconnected several times by the customer service line after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes each time. When I reached out through chat, the woman was ZERO help and didn't even help with the problem, stating she would have a manager call and no one ever called. We finally got in touch with someone who got an approval to drop the rental off at the goldenrod location where I was unable to be provided with a receipt. I was promised a price when I left and even got pictures, but was still charged incorrectly. The experience was extremely frustrating and the customer service was below average by uhaul employees. Needless to say, this experience has made me hesitant to use uhaul in the future.

The truck back was trashed with garbage from a previous customer. There were several other problems. I rent uhaul often so I'm not a first timer.

The employees couldn't have been any nicer and they were very helpful but the equipment was in bad condition. We are in Florida and the AC was broken - only worked on low! It sounded like it was going to stop running at any minute and it barely started. I have rented a lot of Uhaul equipment before and this was the worst condition I have ever experienced.

Online app did not work correctly ,got to truck around 8 am took over 40 minutes ,call customer service, back on app trying to scan my driver license bar code, finally got code to unlock ,lock on trailer to get the key ,after that got better , but that app is not the best
