Make the online process easier, make customers more aware they are paying for an environmental fee and an after hour fee even though the van was brought back before 5. Also please clean better, the van smelled like cigarettes.
SEAN GThere was a large hole in the roof and the cup holders were filled with a sticky syrup substance. Both were noticed after my initial check in. A truck should not be rented out if it has a hole in the roof - it was a very rainy day and we were forced to use duct tape and plastic to plug the hole and just hope our property didn't get soaked and ruined on the drive.
Jonathan BThe process of the truck share is not user friendly. The U-Haul is by far one of the worst apps ever. The experience was terrible and I will not recommend this truck share to anyone. I had to call 4 times and speak with a representatives because the application was not working.

Jamie MU-Haul made me move and put extra miles on the truck when I was already at a U-Haul location.
Suzette TNo markings that would even indicate that the location was associated with Uhaul. Employees at the upholstery shop were helpful but if no one was there it's not obvious where you would drop keys.
sean c1. They did not have the dollys nor the furniture pads in the truck. 2. No one at the pick up location knew anything about the truck, literally. It is an upholstery shop and no one knew anything about the uhaul truck nor dollys or furniture pads. 3. When I called to get a refund on my dollys and furniture pads, the person would not take the call or deal with the charges. 4. I have video of when I picked up the truck and the items were not inside of it.

Connie AThere was no equipment to used. Trucks check engine light was on. The check in process took way too long and was for the most part unnecessary. Should not be charged for full amount. Due to no equipment and returning the truck a full hour early.
