Easy check in and out

Carl BEnsure the truck is maintenance ready. The power steering fluid was empty and whining, I put almost 1/2 qt in it. Turned in truck asked for receipt in person sent via email and called a week later still no receipt!

Glenn PThis comment is more for U-Haul themselves. Don't allow someone to choose a pick up location and time, then change the pickup location to a location that isn't open at the time you selected.
Chad MThe location was great however, the truck was raggedy! It needed a deep cleaning, new exhaust, it shut off on me, drives like a ran down 68 ford pickup truck! They had the nerve to try and charge me an additional $24 after paying $166! Maintenance and clean your trucks please

Brook BI have rented uhaul trailers in the past and have used the app to return after hours. The app has many issues!!!! It was not allowing pictures to upload. I spent 15 minutes standing on the site trying to upload the picture that was taken but it errors out. The app should be updated to allow different was to upload pictures. Like allowing me to take my own pictures and uploading from outside the app.
Timothy NThe following is not a frustration with the site itself, just the process: I was told that I had to go to this location as they were the only one in the area that had the truck and was guaranteed that they would have an appliance dolly, an utility dolly, and a furniture dolly for my move. When I arrived, they only had the appliance dolly and said that they only see the utility dolly every so often and have never have any furniture dolly. It was very frustrating to request them and be told via the check in that they would have all three and then arrive and find out that they don't. It is not the site's fault that I was promised they would have these- U-Haul should do a better job of making sure that a site has these types of materials when request - especially if they are sending someone that requests them to a different location. I didn't pay for the items I didn't get, but it was a frustrating experience. The person I dealt with at the site was very apologetic and friendly to me.

Julia BThis specific shop is the place to go for a Uhaul, especially if you are Military. They understand the unique legalities of the Military. Example: out -of-state drivers' liscenses and exparation dates. This shop is very knowledgable and gets it done.

james wI ordered a dolly and furniture pads that were not available during my pick up, even though I reserved this 2 weeks in advance. I then had to call around and find a place that had this equipment available, thus adding more mileage to the truck that I was told I’d be charged extra for.
