I have rented from this location several times before. Scott is a great manager. Sadly, I've heard that he may be leaving because the owner may be taking over the Short Stop. I will miss him and his wife!

The truck was pretty dirty. But the biggest complaint I would have is the truck seriously needed to go in got some maintenance work. Besides that. The customer rep at the Tenino rental was the ONLY person working so he constantly had to stop helping me to rush to the further counter to deal with customers for gas, snacks, etc ALSO aparently my 20% Uhaul employee discount dont apply in such a tiny uhaul rental Place. That's news to me!

I felt like everyone cared about our move and ensured we understood the mileage cost and time to make make the move and when things weren't completed on time they willing extended our time. They always where willing to communicate along the way with a helping hand

I wish they would have contacted me and given me a chance to clean whatever it was they feel I'd missed before charging me a $25 cleaning fee. I feel that was excessive since we tried hard to clean it all out.

Although the provider was helpful. The expectation was that me, the customer, would have to unhitch the trailer. I have back issues and would not have been able to do this on my own . I wish that you did not have that expectation and that you would expect the provider to unhitch the trailer.

Friendly and polite customer service. But not all employees can help with the rental details so its important to call ahead and schedule your visit for when capable employees are on shift

This was a gas station, with several customers coming in and out. Seemed very unprofessional for a u-haul location as the employee was cashiering the entire time and not at all focused on the u-haul transaction and seemed confused as to what his duties were with u-haul.

add ramps to 10 foot trucks. Can't lift a piano up into a truck with out a ramp. Only had a bed, 2 dressers and a spinet piano. Didn't really need 15 feet for those. Thanks for listening.

The self service pickup was way too difficult and required way too much effort to make it worthwhile.

Not charge my card on several times. I asked the gentleman to delete all transactions due to it causing over draft fees. I was wanting to pay some in cash and he ended up running my card 2 times. on for a completely different amount. He did not and now I have late fees. I did not authorize these transactions. He said it was to put my card on file.

The person on shift did not have experience with uhaul. The truck was not in their system, but was on the uhaul master system. It took me 40 minutes to get the truck and I was the only customer. The employee spent the whole time on the phone with uhaul!

Have employees trained on how to check out a truck to a customer who has a reservation. I and another customer had to wait about a 1/2 hour for someone to show up who knew how to do this. This is my second experience at the same location in Tenino, WA

Took more than an hour for the shop owner to do all paperwork for me to take the truck, that was previously reserved. Once I returned the truck....took another hour for them to accept the truck. Then I found I was billed an additional $ 33.49, from U-Haul, for the mileage charge. I had to go in and dispute that. Then they corrected that extra charge, and changed it to....$ 0.36.....which is 36 cents....because I was over by 2 tenths on the mileage. NEVER go to this location in Tenino, WA. for a U-Haul truck.

The front desk staff at this location was not trained on how to do UHaul rentals. She called the UHaul center to get my rental handled. Unless, this is how she was trained to handle rentals.

Dispute over fuel usage & replacement. Using fuel gauge to measure consumption is not accurate so customer loses argument. Car rental method is better e.g. rent out with full tank and return with full tank leaves little to interpretation. Weekend rental is way too expensive.

The man that helped me was extremely courteous and helped me quickly, even on short notice. the Truck was in great condition and very clean and seemed very well maintained. If I ever need a uhaul again, I will drive the extra 14 miles back to Tenino to rent from them, and I would suggest them to my friends and family as well. I was very pleased with my rental experience!

Had reserved at another location for pick up on Sunday but was forced to pick up Saturday instead at this location. Was given more miles to smooth it over. But I think a phone call would have been better.

Service was guick and the personal were very friendly and right on time. The truck was in excellent condition accept for the wipers which I reported. Simply great location and service.

This is a gas/quickie store. One person who waits on you is also ringing up food or frying burrios and is not focused on the U-Haul business. Also U-Haul I did the check out on line but still had to answner the same questions again and ran my visa card again. So much for it being a time saver, NOT!

Not sure the gas tank was full, although, it read full. Drove less than 30 miles and put in 8.605 gallons of gasoline. About 3 miles per gallon and my experience with trucks this size and the way it was driven should have been approx. 6-8 miles per gallon.
