Guy was very unconcerned, didn't care about me having the gears go out leaving me stranded for three hours, more gas in the truck than when picked up, or me cleaning the dirty cargo area which was filthy and I have pictures. Nobody looks in the back of the truck upon pick up!

I returned the truck a day early and was charged an after hours fee $20 (I was not informed about) for returning the truck after “bank hoursâ€. I did this operation a favor and was penalized for it. WTF!
Parick C.The attendant was no present,, the truck was dirty and full of snow; no dolly, as we check on line insurance was no offer. I was send to U-Haul center 5 miles away to get the insurance and dolly. while i was driving was mechanical noises and the brakes do not work also a lite in the panel for the brakes system came on....very bad experience....... they give a different truck a was very different.

Fabiola L.I'm extremely disappointed in Uhaul experience. Not only at truck pick up did I discover, and I noted in the mobile pick up process, that the dolly and furniture pads were not there. I chatted to an online representative- no response. Then, before drop off I called uhaul and stated again, there are not any dolly's or furniture pads. The representative stated she made a note and to make a note of this in truck drop off. I then made a note when dropping off the truck. Does anybody want to tell me why I still paid full price for dollys and furniture pads after staying multiple times I never had them? I NEVER GOT TO USE THEM. I HAD TO LIFT INDIVIDUAL BOXES ONE BY ONE. This experience sucked. I will never use uhaul again.

Eric G.The cab was thick with Dog hair. The employee at the shop was shocked at how disgusting it was. I spent time vacuuming and scrubbing clean when I got home. Also, the location was moved further away at 5pm the night before pickup and the time was moved from 7am to 8am so my "helpers" couldn't assist us. My wife and I ended up loading the unit by ourselves due to UHaul's last minute change.
