Van was parked in a location that made it impossible to inspect or enter on the driver's side. Business signage not obvious, compounded by bad sat nav directions (not your fault) meant I just played "I guess this is it" and parked next door. Uhaul app was TERRIBLE and would never recommend. The van reported a low tire pressure, then a problem with the TPMS. One blinker was running at double speed indicating some other failure that I didn't investigate. The guy who accepted the return was Great, give him a pat on the back for being friendly and easy to work with.

I spent 45 min trying to get the car. The app was awful, not loading and/or losing connection all the time. I know for sure it wasn't my phone/network (iPhone 13 and 5G). The car was clean but I had to dispute the status of the car. The bumper was falling apart so be careful and take time to examine your car. The returning was so much better (I assuming the website was less busy). Next time I won't use the option of picking the car with the app, what a pain ! I must say that they call me while I was struggling, so the staff is nice but the app has to improve.

One major issue I had was that the truck was malfunctioning. At one point it was not going above 25 mph and smelling. I had to stop on a bridge with my son which was very dangerous. When I tried to call The office no one answered I had my husband go there and they told him there was nothing they could do.

The windshield was cracked when I picked up the truck. At the after hours drop off, your app couldn't locate me, despite me allowing access. Had to call the next day to talk to a human.

The truck was in bad shapeâ€"it seemed like the transition would go any minute. The employees there were also very slow. We waited there for a while to pick up the truck when we had already made the appointment ahead of time. They should have been ready to hand over the keys to us.

Avoid! Very dirty van with soda spilled on the driver seat. Sneaked in insurance (CDW) charge eve though I declined it (also was declined when I made a reservation online). Very shady operation.

This location got our keys at 8:57am and didn't fill out the paperwork til 9:45 AM, causing our account to be auto debited 60 additional dollars without our consent - after paying $130 to use a Haul for 24 hours (meanwhile on the truck it says $19.99 LOL). We spent an hour on the phone with customer service to file a formal complaint and (hopefully) get our money back. UHAUL is a scam.

I was over charged $301 dollars because the van reflected a much higher miles than I actually used. This was very disturbing. I only drove 47 miles but the indicator didn't show that. I had to go back to the shop the next day to fix the problem. Luckily, Dominique the Uhaul field area manager was at the shop and helped fixe the issue. He was very helpful. I wasted my time having to go back the next day to address the problem that should not have happened. That was very stressful and disturbing. I felt that I was taking advantage of and that was very upsetting. Honestly with customers most always be a priority. Issues like this must be fixed so other customers don't have to go through the same thing.

The truck rental went fine. I was impressed because even though the truck I rented had some scratches on the bumper and side (at the I picked it up) the representative informed me verbally not to worry about it. And, no issue was made of the scratches.

The location I picked up from got the job done. But everything was fast and quick. I couldn't reach them by phone. Once I got inside he confirmed who I was and then gave me a paper and didn't have me sign it. Just gave me the truck and left. Said to drop the keys off in a drop box. Which I did. What he didn't tell me was that I needed the keys to take a picture of the speedometer and the cleanliness on the inside. I was very frustrated as I only figured this out after the keys were locked away. I did my best. But I had to guess on the speedometer. I'm stressed out that I will get an email about some fee for improper information during checkout. But I guess only time will tell.... especially since I can't reach them by phone

Shady location, the truck was falling apart and had no air conditioning, staff offered zero solutions other than take it or leave it. Seeing as I was screwed with no other options I had to deal with it. Never again.

They doubled the mileage they charged me by putting a higher odometer reading in when billing the rental. I had to point it out that the mileage was incorrect and walk out with them to prove they wrote down the wrong mileage. I received a refund for the over charge, but I will not go back to this location again.

The woman at this location was the only good part of my whole uhaul experience. 2 “guaranteed pickups” fell through, hours wasted on phone calls and driving to other locations only to be told that I had to get a larger truck because that was the only thing available. Thankfully the lovely woman at this location helped me get the original vehicle I wanted. The only bright spot in a truly awful weekend.
