GREGORY AMy key wasn't ready for the vehicle I rented so I had to use a smaller size. So I couldn't get all of my items moved in the time I needed. Also the location isnt great given that the office building looks abandoned and is overgrown.
Rachel DDrop off location on 8850 A Richmond Hwy Suite #101-2 Alexandria,VA was terrible. Didn't update that I had dropped off my trailer in the system which resulted in me get wrongfully charged for not returning the trailer.

Daniel HThe equipment was very good. I did have an issue that the reservation, wich was for 9am was cancelled by U-Haul. I missed the text that I only had a 30 minute windows to let U-Haul know i was running late. Why not have a "WIndow of time" vs a set minute? Location mgr help reset the reservation and got me on the road quickly.
Chris SThe employee was not well versed with the process, as he made two separate contracts rather than combing them, used the wrong email address despite me correcting it, and he did not consolidate drop off locations, something I did not know was even an issue as he did not review the contract(s) with me. Ultimately it was ok and he was friendly, but it caused problems at the time of return. Also, the fuel in the tank was marked incorrectly at the time of pickup, and I did not know this until drop off because he did not review the contract/details with me.
