Clean the trucks. Fix steering , alignment . Truck was difficult to keep on the road . Rear Door was extremely difficult to open same with ramp once we got it out it was difficult to get back in

TY FRACHISEURThe fuel charge was unfair and uncalled for..the lady at the location was trying to get the charge off but could not i guess..i returned the truck with the same fuel thst was in it. I put about 18 miles on the truck. I put 8 dollars in it and then uhaul charged me 30 dollars…thats not cool at all

VERNE HUMPHREYIn my experience I am giving you guys 2 stars out of 5. The truck had garbage inside, the dolly was no present and the fumes of the gas went into the driver space, making my moving a unfortunate choice this time. I regret to inform you about this situation but, the truth has to be told. By the way, customer service was rude and made me feel lstupid, asking me "If the truck had garbage inside, why did you take it, now it is your responsibility to give us the truck back cleaned ".

CLAYBORNE TAYLORWe drove about 30 miles and put 2.5 gallons of gas in the tank before returning it and were charged for 2 gallons anyway. Also they spent 10 minutes checking us in again even though I'd already checked in online and demanded a reference, something no other U-Haul location did before.
Dennis DugganThey knowingly sent me off with a uhaul that needed to be jumped every time it starts. They had to jump it just so I could drive off with and said that it would be fine afterwards. Of course it wasn't and I ended up needing to get it jumped at storage, which led to missing my time window for the movers and then canceling, which led to me having to wait another 2 days for movers, meaning the storm came and I got stranded after flooding, and upon calling them to inform them, they didn't care at all and continued to charge 40 a day despite extenuating circumstances. They probably did this so I would have to call uhaul roadside assistance for a new battery for THEIR truck and then it charged ME. Obviously extremely convenient for them and horrible for me. The man working there was nice, but the woman was a bitch when I spoke about not being able to get to the uhaul. I've been using uhaul almost annually for 5+ years without ever having a bad experience until now. It was truly just awful There's tons of locations. Just pick another one
