Truck was absolutely filthy. Small bag of garbage with rotting food left in truck. Spilled rice and French fries on floor. Cup holders covered with overspill slop. In the back of the truck dirty pillows and blankets, large mirror and a folded shelf. I was very disappointed. No way I'd recommend this location to anyone and I'd tell them about my experienceStephen H.

Very upset with the drop off location. Rental was for 5 days. Tried for 2 days to return the rental. The U-Haul location want open and no drop off box. So had to take the truck back home. Found another location that accepted the truck on their behalf. 2 hours later I recieved a bill over being over on the mileage. I will never rent from uhaul again Thankful for pond Mills for being open since the original drop off location is never open. I would never recommend 244 Wellington Rd U-Haul. Complete scam being charged over mileage when their website says they are open and their not.Rhonda F.

Owner was not there when I arrived. Was on his way. Pick up of truck was supposed to be at Sarnia Rd location. I was informed via e-mail that it would be at different location. Customer service was non existant. Owner had trouble navigating laptop and took quite some time getting things organized. Another customer was pacing and grumbling about the wait time as well. Finally handed me the keys and said to just go. No review of the vehicle or any instructions. Quite a rinky dink set up in a convenience store that sold meat!!! Certainly not up to the standards of the U-Haul brand.Paulette V.
Truck was brand new, and ran very smooth. It only had 5500 milles on it, with leather seats, and back up camera system. The nicest piece of equipment I have rented. TedTed Q.
The person in charge was more concerned about his mini market than giving the proper customer service to the U-Haul return truck customer. In addition, after almost 2 hours I checked my account using the app to confirm that the U-Haul guy had closed my tab and to my surprise it was still open, so I had to go back to that location and close the tab by myself using the app, fortunately the instructions on the app were really easy to follow. Finally, I have to say that it would be unfair with U-Haul as a company to take the blame for one bad apple (tazza market London,On)Zamir S.
Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, they did not have the supplies I had ordered in advance including moving blankets and the paid up front moving mattress bag. They do not carry this items. I do not think this was their fault but rather the central U-HAUL London site that relocated my truck to Pond Mills. U-Haul in London main site has terrible customer service and promised my items would be in the next site when they changed last minute my pick up location.Alejandro G.

The location on Clark road gave me an extremely hard time in picking up my truck from that location and had to cancel due to the manager closing early I was there at 653 and he closed and locked the doors and when another customer knocked on the door he only let them in and when I asked about how I was supposed to get my truck he said â€œnot my problemâ€Tamara H.

This location is handy for residents living in the Pond Mills section of London. No improvement is necessary.Gordon M.
Tazza Market was excellent but we first went to Adelaide/Thompson Rd., he told us his trucks were all rented. When we drove by an hour later he had the truck we wanted but it was being used for his own storage.It was apparent it was being used for storage for a while as he had shelving,food etc. in it. If you have the trucks you should rent to paying customers first.melissa P.
