Dixie MeadDon't give someone paying over 3 grand for a move (or anyone really) a car hauling trailer with broken lights which caused shorts to the actual truck lights which caused 2 days worth of delays parked in miscellaneous parking lots waiting on the crap repair guy to finally mosey on out. The 3rd day stop came from a flat tire (also on the trailer) because the tire stem hadn't been tightened properly 😑🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ overall worthless experience absolutely would recommend paying the 200-500 difference to have proper movers do everything and I would have just driven my car.. One of the worst decisions I've ever made.
Kyle BudkeThe shop be open when picking up and possibly answer the phone when being called. Maybe pull the trailers to the front of the store vs the customer going to the back and having to call dispatch to see which trailer to take and load the trailer themselves, like we did.
Michelle YelvertonOne of the tires was worn quite a bit, with a funny wear pattern. The other was brand new. Seems like they should be more evenly matched, but the trailer worked fine with no problems.
Greg MetskerThe local people are fine. The corporation is awful. Accepting a reservation for a truck at a location that doesn't have trucks is unacceptable. I had to rent a car and drive 50 miles to pick up a truck that I reserved well in advance. Your business model is horrible. I will do my best to never use uhaul again. Who would think that treating customers like this is ok?

Dean KozlowskiWhen I got to the location, after driving 90 miles out if my way from where I had reserved a truck, there was nobody there to help us. I had rented a dolly and was obviously unable to get one. The truck wasn't swept out and the cab was dirty inside. There was something splattered in the roof and ashes in the ash tray as well as the truck needing a wash. It was an extremely frustrating experience.

Mike StuehserClear the ice off the trailor and unthaw the ramps for it before renting it to someone without tools. Fix the trailer connection wires so a renter doesent have to by an extension adaptor to make the trailer end of the power wires be able to reach the back of a vehicle without buying an "extension cord". The ramps were frozen in, and the trailer had so much ice build up that the vehicle to be towed almost slid off the trailer on the ice build up. The straps were about 3-4" too sort to reach aroung the tires of the vehicle being towed which required additional tools to be purchased just to secure the vehicle to the trailer. Lenghten the straps to accommodate new style vehicle tires. Lenghthen the power connection wires for the trailer.

They were so rude and was to call me when my truck was in and ready they had two trucks in and I got a email saying they didn't have even one. I called Taylor's and he had it transferred over to him in no time. What a wonderful job he did for us . Thank you for your help.

ELIUD VARGASMake sure the unit is fully cleaned out and swept before it is rented out to new customer,especially when its say you have to return it clean. Also let customers know that there stuff is going to get wet cause the units are not even water resistant.
