Dale was very courteous and professional All my uhaul needs will be done here from now on.

Have a way to remove the trailer from the truck, had to call a friend to bring a jack to raise it off the ball.

There are many U-Haul rental locations in the lake area. Trust is important when you are renting a vehicle, that is why I only use Taylor's Automotive for all my rental needs. I have to go a little further but its worth it.

The U-Haul had ants all over it it had sticky spilled Coke in the cupholders and on the floorboard I took pictures I would appreciate it if somebody would contact me so I could send these pictures and maybe get some kind of a discount I traveled for two days with ants crawling all over me and before I left I sprayed raid in there to kill them but it obviously didn't help my number is 909-573-3030

We went to return it after they had closed but it was totally doable. Thank you

Very helpful staff. New, clean truck that was in great shape.

The office manager got me on th road in no time. He even fixed an error on my reservation for me. Friendly and professional.

Rental pickup was very nice and clean. Was a very pleasant experience.

Your online service could use a little work. For instance, my truck is a 2020 Ram 2500 Crew cab and your app will not accept that info. It's just a little thing, but I thought you should know.

The original location for my uhaul drop off was terrible. I showed up to drop off the equipment before they closed and they sent me away because they decided to close early.

I was quoted like 575 I ended up paying 735.90 I am highly upset over this change in price.

I found that the app did not facilitate my pick up time. I started the process 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up and didn't finish the process until 10 minutes after scheduled. Part of being slowed down was that I had to enter drivers license information 5 times for each driver. That is excessive

Clean and store equipment in a dry and clear environment. Truck stored under trees in a field, ants were in cab of unit as well the box of the truck.

Never even got my refund .. no one was working the front desk! Weird experience.

Dale over in Gun Barrel City went above and beyond to make thjis a pleasurable experience . you guys are lucky to have him as a representative.

Everything was great, annoyed that I thought I had completed everything on corporate website. I entered drivers license info, additional driver info etc. Got an email saying I was all set. Then had to enter the same info again because it wasn't 24/7 page or whatever. Then had to upload photos at the location also. So, the truck, location etc was fine, website clunky and annoying.

No other pickup truck rental places in the area. These guys had one, practically mint condition. Friendly and very helpful folks! I'm going back, no question.

Funny thing is we rented a cargo trailer from U-Haul. And had to return it because our moving truck held everything. I called U-Haul initially about that purchase as well. But no one could help me one bit. Try to save some money on the purchase of the 26' truck. So I went with Budget although I've always used U-Haul in the past. I didn't just call once either. I called like three different times. But as you say you can check the recordings. The price was ridiculous especially considering I had price matches or close to it in the past with U-Haul. It was always enough to make me stay. But it's ok. Things change and so do company's obviously. Have a good day. And I won't be recommending U-Haul to anyone ever again. Thank You and good bye.

Add more tow dollies to your fleet. Customers shouldn't have to scramble to out of the way locations to pick up units nor should they have to fight for a reservation. Most tow dolly use is for those last minute oh crap moments when your car goes down or if you buy a car so if you have to wait a week to hopefully get a dolly then that defeats the purpose of the dolly.

The guy (He didn't give me his name) was very pleasant when I told him I forgot to fill the truck with gas. He let me come back and fill it up. Very understanding.
