Make ur GPS LOCATION EASY TO FIND
Michael M.Several issues come to mind. Location was not well identified as a U-Haul location. Proprietor was not on the premises at the time of pickup - I was delayed approximately an hour which also affected the gentlemen scheduled to help load the truck. I was supposed to be issued a hand-truck with the reservation; however, there was no hand truck at this location. Also supposed to receive 24 furniture pads but only 12 were available. Was not charged for the hand truck or 12 furniture pads. The gentlemen was pleasant and friendly during the entire process.
