Told them about the light problem guy looked at their cord and found the problem bare wires on their cord removed the cord said would put a new cord on it. Fixed problem

We returned our equipment after normal hours, so we were not able to interact with any employees. But the lot was easy to find, and it was easy to park in. The online process to return a truck was very easy as well.

I came on a Sunday so I would simply explain that there are two lots, one in front and one in the rear of the building. I had trouble finding the vehicle at first. Otherwise great experience overall-and the U-Haul customer service people were great over the phone to help me locate the vehicle.

The location was very small and out of the way, however, the man working was very helpful with our auto transport and 10 ft. truck. Thanks for the friendly customer service!

Took 2 hours to get because key was not set up in correct spot for the 24/7 service. Customer service hold time was outrageous and inconsistent- awful experience. Arrived at location at 7:40 left at 9:30 finally with truck.

New dealer, not familiar with computer process to release equipment to customer. 45 minutes required, and no contract provided by dealer or U Haul rep.

Cargo bay floor was dirty at pickup time. Much undocumented damage to the vehicle took alot of time to log prior to drive-off. Parking lot is unpaved - very rough rock and dirt, very uneven, severe potholes, and would have been an even bigger mess had there been any precipitation. I'm not a fan of the packing blankets and dolly being included (like a cash bar in a hotel) even though I clearly indicated I did NOT want them - its just more crap in the way of my cargo.

Struggled to register me as a customer. I was sent here after I went to original location which did not have my equipment on site. A notification of this change prior to arriving at the original location would have been appreciated especially since I waited 15 minutes to be helped at the location that didn’t have my equipment.
