Uhaul system was very slow. Wouldn't accept my license until the 3rd attempt. When I tried to return the trailer the site couldn't find my location so I couldn't use it.

Tailor rentals were great. Uhaul didn't have the truck size reserved. The truck was full of water and really messy. You were really rude as well as did nothing to solve the problems. They are wrongfully charging me for their mistakes and not a company that we will use again.

Very disappointed that my online reservation to include an appliance cart was accepted but no cart was available. I had to go to another city the next day to get a cart. You had several days to inform me that my pickup could be changed so I could have the cart. The dealers were helpful but the online system failed.

Expand hours. B/c they close at 5 p sharp, I had to pick up the truck at 4:40 phish the day before b/c I was leaving at 6 am the next day to go to Westchester area and back in one day.

1. More and BIGGER signage (a banner with arrow visible from the street)! Current sign is not visible from the street. I drove past and had to turn around. Then I parked and went to go ask someone where Taylor Rentals is, then I saw a sign on a door that said "LOOK" and pointed to the teeny tiny Taylor sign at the very back of the property. Even that sign is not clear. That sign says where to "drop off" a rental. It does not say to come back and rent a truck! So I had to get back in my car and drive to the back. It would have been nicer experience if I didn't have to guess. 2. Offer customers water on hot days over 80F?!!! :) I would have given 4 stars if #1 and/or #2 had happened. 3. Friendly staff! No need to improve friendliness! Thanks so much for the rental!

They added the insurance that u had already declined to my order and billed it to my credit card before telling me. It took an hour for them to finally refund my card and bill me properly. Seems like they were trying to make me wait ling enough that i would give up on the $30 charge.

If you return the equipment 3 days early you should get some kind of credit. Also they didn’t have a two wheel dolly like I needed when I rented the trailer. The trailer was missing the extension cable to plug into my truck. I had to go buy my own.

First off.. this was not the contracted pick up place which, I hear, is common with U-haul.. to have to drive out of the way to pick up the equipment. The people at the pickup place were nice enough but the windshields were filthy and the front tires on the truck were about a hair away from the wear bar and not aired up evenly. We found this out when we flatted because we picked up a 5/8"nail that wouldn't have pierced through a decent tire. The tire was patched by the U-haul service contractor and we were sent on our way. Later we hit some heavy rain and were very concerned about hydroplaning. I don't know who decides when tires are replaced so that may not be on them but on corporate.
