I dropped off the truck at night, so I did not have a chance to meet any of them. The place is a little bit hard to find. As soon as I found the place, it's easy to return, I just dropped the key to the box.

I got the run around to find a truck. I booked on line in Tempe. The day before, U Haul called me and said it wasn't available. They sent me to Peoria 20+ miles away. When we got there, they didn't have a 1 way truck. They sent me to another location where they finally had a truck. It cost me 3 hours and $100 in Lyft rides.

Where I signed up was not where picked up my truck. inside windows were dirty was full of old blankets was located at a tire store. gas cap was missing. The place I had to go to to get the truck and trailer was like an extra storage area for U-Haul trucks.

My timing for return was not the best, no fault of anyone's at Uhaul. I had to return the truck when business was closed. Not knowing the area, leaving the truck with an appliance dolly, hand truck and furniture pads unlocked felt very awkward. The location is right on a busy street. While convenient, I worried something might be stolen from the back of the truck. All's well that ends well!!

Have my paperwork at the location I originately ordered the truck to be at when I went to pick up the truck. The location I called and the person I talked to to order my truck, ordered it to be picked up at a different location.. Since there was no one from Uhaul at the location I went to to pick up the truck, They called and found where it was and the person at that location transferred the paperwork to this store location so I could get the truck. Outside of that, the price I was quoted per mile was .79 cents nor the.89cents I was charged.

Location is good. U haul website does not work. Kept saying can't find my location when I rented online.

It's not really the location that's the issue. The U-Haul app check in process is horrible. Took over 20 minutes after being thrown out of the app 3 times. Brutal experience. Having to prove references is ridiculous as well.

At first the employee (don't remember his name) was otherwise uncooperative and incompetent of helping me. I called in my reservation and received my confirmation email. I went back into the store and our check in pin number code for key box, we did not receive. Employee Bryan was able to help us and was very good to keep up with the paperwork and phone calls to corporate, because our contract was still pending in the system and needed a Supervisor to push forward. Another couple wanted to rent the truck, but they couldn't get through the website or phone reservation hang ups, so they rented Lowes truck. The whole process took me/us all 3 hours and we received the key and truck. I guess I understand why they don't like u-haul customers, because if paperwork doesn't go through or walk in customers or customers don't get their pin code number for key box, they can't work on cars. The truck I got was the best truck I have ever rented from u-haul, clean, great air conditioning and ran very well! ¡Gracias!

I was to pick up at 8:00 am. The Uhaul representative didn't get there till 9:00 am, an hour late. Packing blankets were not folded and in a pile in the middle of the floor and he only had 11, not the 12 I had ordered.

Have a 24-hour person on-call for emergency purposes. We left a phone in a van and had already locked the doors and dropped off the keys and had to wait until the next day to retrieve the phone.

Your "text/email" system is a pain and base awkward. If your going to have people use phone/camera/text/email for checking in ? Be smart enough to tell them that up front not at the end or in the middle.
